This beautiful third floor townhome includes access to a private rooftop deck, creating an ideal romantic spot to watch the sunset. You’ll feel like a true Savannahian with “front door” access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy reading a book or just watching the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

No matter how you start your day - perhaps with a walk to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone, or some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square - you’ll want to end a night (or two) on the roof, enjoying a glass of wine and your private view.

Savannah’s historic buildings, squares, and streets have been beautifully preserved through the dedicated efforts of the Historic Savannah Foundation. Founded before the invention of the automobile, parking can be limited.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

At first, I was apprehensive about some of the reviews being uncomfortable with the set of steps, but I would say to anyone it’s well worth the magnificent views of the parkWe took the steps as a challenge every morning and actually went up two steps at a time We incorporated it into our morning workout routine before we started our day I would highly recommend this location as it is close enough to be near all of the reasons for being in Savannah while yet having the slower pace of the local residence of the city of Savannah

Unit was located on third floor (walk-up), was physically beautiful, comfortable beds. Quiet overlooking Forsythe park. Street parking free, but hours of street cleaning strictly enforced even if cleaning completed. Unit climate control comfortable. 12 cup drip coffee pot with a package for 1 pot of coffee provided. Very soft sparkling clean towels.

Three stories up with suitcases is a challenge but well worth it. Place is comfortable. The bathroom is by the door not near your bedroom so a bit awkward. It is a “kitchenette” coffee maker works so we were ok. Micro is convection too so there is that. It’s small. Had a few issues but host resolved pretty quickly. They also offered us a late check out for the inconvenience which was top notch. Previous home lock wonky had to wait for locksmith delayed our outing nothing ever offered… I’d stay again, ease of checking in and comfortable for a few daysFor a couple.

An Anniversary to Remember

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lucky Savannah was a God send! The site was informative, easy to move around, provided consistent and reliable information.The response to questions was so fast and professional. Reading the reviews online helped gauge my expectations and added some useful tips. I would like to provide some as well. Remember to bring some sugar for your coffee, extra t.p. and your preferred bedding if you do not care for a Firm mattress. If you do not mind "white noise" while you sleep you should be good w/the mild traffic noise; being located across from Forsyth Park. It was like were we in a small town. The traffic noise was spotty and actually helped us go to sleep after a busy full day of touring. The unit has comfortable sheets and a huge size bed you'll love. It has all the basic conveniences if you think you won't be outside much. The place was clean and had plenty of towels and a fair shower. The location is the Bee's Knees! You get to be near to all the squares but far away from all the touristy sites and bussle. The center red door was so cute and parking for free on the right side of the building made it easy to unload and load. *When your facing the building w/the park to your back. Pay attention to restriction parking signs for road clean sweep. We did stay on the 3rd floor and yes, I can confirm the steps are narrow and steep. It was fine because it got in our exercise. Be prepared with comfortable shoes throughout your stay. Still, the city provides free CAT bus shuttles with A/C and it was so sweet and fun to use. Access points at the corner intersections watch for DOT signs. Oh yes, the small balcony is located between the homes w/no view of the park. I think they are doing some minor repairs on the lower courtyard? Our stay was fantastic, comfortable and so so cute and new for us. We could not have had a better stay & we will recommend them. See you again soon!

The property was beautiful. You could look at your bedroom window to overview the park. It does have two flats of stairs to get to the apartment.

Great place!

Fantastic location with quick access to the park and nearby squares. Near a busy street so there are some noises from traffic but nothing that kept us up at night. The apartment was super clean and bed was comfortable. It had the cutest spot to sit and overlook the park. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was great-right on the park and easy walkable distance to everything. The building felt safe but the third floor climb was not ideal. The space itself was very clean, but very dark at night-not enough lighting. During the day is was great. The windows do rattle when you walk around, and the bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The bedroom windows are on the road and it’s very busy and noisy. The first day was great, second day a family with children moved in downstairs and not only could we distinctly hear spoken conversations, but the family allowed their children to run and scream up and down the halls and stairs and in the apartment. Every sound travels right up through the floor. All-in-all this was a fine stay, but keep in mind that this is a very old, dated building with steep stairs and very little sound control.

Missing some nice touches

Location cannot be beat, but there are some details that would make this place stand out. Safety: adding non-keyed deadbolts on all external doors would be nice. Also a common monoxide detector. Some water bottles and coffee filters would have been appreciated.
