Up-top you will find the unit to be packed with amenities, such as a stove top, fridge, large bathroom, and two spacious closets. You'll feel at home here with a spot to store all your luggage, and a lovely renovated bathroom with a spacious shower A Queen size bed sits in the middle of the room, with a smart TV at the foot of the bed for you to enjoy after exploring the city all day.

Guests are also able to enjoy the private tree-lined courtyard, shared with the garden-level tenants. Due North you'll come across many of Savannah's local shops, cafes, and eateries.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
