An industrial condo with loads of character and edgy design! This vibrant and uniquely styled space is located in Marathon Village, a historic area that features multiple unique shops and local businesses in the building of an old auto factory warehouse! This stunning rental unit is located in the 1865, which was previously a historic tobacco barn that has been converted into luxury condominiums, that even include a beautiful community pool, available for your enjoyment! Not only are the building and architecture brimming with character, but the interior design of the space is as well! The 101 Ranch provides an eclectic aesthetic that's as charming as they come. Bold colors, graffiti artwork, and exposed beams and brick materials will surround you in this cozy space, providing the perfect backdrop for your Nashville getaway!
Layout:
The entrance opens into an open concept floor plan featuring the living area and kitchen. Around the corner is the bedroom, featuring a king sized bed, and a bathroom, with a shower/tub combo. There is a queen sized pull out couch in the living room.
Parking:
Pull up very close to the gate and it will open. There is a parking lot with unmarked parking spaces.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
