Set directly on the ocean, this 8000 square foot home offers both privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. As you approach the home and pass the detached garage, you'll wind around a bricked bath to enter a lovely, bricked courtyard surrounded by lush landscaping. You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you follow the courtyard and enter this luxurious mansion. The open floor plans allows the Atlantic Ocean to greet you from the moment you walk into the home with floor to ceiling grand windows strung along the back of the home.

To the right of the entrance is a fun lounge space completed by a blue sofa and large TV perfect for gaming. An adjacent full bathroom is located between the lounge and game room. Just past the bathroom is game room which includes a multi-functional game table, fun décor, and ceiling LED rope lights. The game table is both a pool table and air hockey table for hours of fun!

Walking forward from the front doors you'll be greeted with a gorgeous, open family room with a grand linen sectional and a large, decorative telescope, HD Smart TV. The family room includes an office space that overlooks the ocean as well as a queen sleeper sofa. To the left of the family room is a formal living room with cozy seating while overlooking the ocean. A lovely spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Adjacent to the living room is the oceanfront dining room. A sprawling, gorgeous dining table allows the entire group to dine together. The fully remodeled kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and includes bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and includes all new appliances. The laundry room and half bathroom are located just past the kitchen. Just past the laundry room is the first guest bedroom containing a king bed, Smart TV, and a private entrance to the bricked courtyard. This is the only bedroom located on the first floor.

Near the entrance of the home lies a grand staircase leading you to the second floor. Located on the left is the oceanfront primary suite. A king bed, HD, Smart TV, and sitting enable this room to become a retreat within a retreat. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a two separate vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.

There are three other guest bedrooms and one additional full bathroom located on the second floor of the main house. One of the guest bedrooms includes a queen bed and a Smart TV. An additional guest bedroom includes ocean views, a Smart TV, and a king bed. The last guest bedroom on this level includes ocean views, a Smart TV, and 2 twin/twin bunk beds. Please note that bunk bedroom has glass French doors instead of a traditional bedroom door so this is a better room for tiny travelers. The full guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Stroll back across the bricked courtyard and up the exterior staircase which takes you above the detached garage and into a private guest house. The guest house boasts an outdoor balcony and sitting space that allows you to look over the main house and gaze upon the ocean waves. The guest house holds a large living room complete with a queen murphy bed and a Smart TV, a full-sized kitchen that comes fully stocked, and a dining area. The guest house also contains not one but two identical bedrooms with 2 ensuite identical bathrooms. Each bedroom hosts a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Grandparents have been known to seek refuge in this peaceful guest house!

Back through the bricked courtyard lies an extended bricked path along the side of the home leading you to your private, oceanfront deck. The sprawling deck includes an outdoor dining area to enjoy oceanfront meals and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. To access the beach steps from the back patio, guests must walk through the grass which is on a slope. Then, you must step up into the beach steps. This may be somewhat challenging for those with limited mobility.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

Please note that unless you are booking on AirBNB, that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Administrative Fee" is never refundable.

While this home has ample parking, we do not allow any trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site. We can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. One vehicle, or the motorcycle equivalent, can park in the garage. Up to 3 additional vehicles can park in the driveway. This means guests can have up to 4 vehicles at the home or the motorcycle equivalent.

Items of note: The outdoor table was previously a firepit but is now just used as a table. There is a decorative only balcony on the second floor of the main house facing the ocean. There's no way to access it because it is only decorative. We do not advertise a firepit or oceanfront balcony in the listing but we like to make a point to ensure guests are aware as they may notice these items when they arrive. The front door path is paved with pavers and currently inaccessible due to safety reasons. It cannot be redone until the Fall due to guests occupying the property continously until then. Guests simply go on the pathway to the back of the house which is coded as well.
