It offers a central getaway that lets you easily and quickly visit all the attractions and ocean. No need to wait for elevators, parking spaces, or desk clerks. The ocean is less then a 4 min walk by using the public access 2 blocks north. This house is perfect for a few people or a couple families. There is a Skate Park, Surfing School, restaurants, stores, and Mini Golf in walking distance. Time to kick back and relax! Start your vacation early and see and hear the waves from your perfect location!

"Surf's Up" is located about 2 miles south of the Ocean Board Walk in Daytona and less than 6 miles from the International Speedway. It is steps from the beach and there are many pedestrians in the area. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Come join us and enjoy time with your family. We like to accommodate your preferred arrival time when possible. If a guest is checking out the same day your arriving, we may not be able to grant an early checkin. Start your vacation early!

There are 2 units and your family will be the ONLY one using Both of them=) When we have traveled with our family having another unit a step away helps with bedtime routines and privacy so this house is perfect for that!

As soon as you step foot in this comfortable paradise, you're welcomed by an open living room/game area connected to the kitchen area. Plenty of natural light comes through large windows throughout the house. The dining and laundry area allow easy meal prep and are connected to the kitchen area.

Bedrooms are located just off the main areas and has multiple hooks and hangers. Step out into the fully fenced backyard and enjoy the fire table or soak in the sun while you prepare a BBQ meal and marvel at the lush natural surroundings and see the ocean waves curling into shore. You may encounter all kinds of critters as Florida is home to lots of wildlife.

On the outside patio you are connected within one step to the Mermaid Suite. It boosts beautiful ocean views and a full bathroom and kitchenette. It has a queen sleeper and queen bed and counts as the 3rd bedroom.

We look forward to you finding your happiness at our family home. This could mean unplugging for a while, watching a movie, or curling up on the sofa or hammock with a good book.

Everything is yours to use except a small owner's closet. Both units are connected with doors right next to one another. Security cameras are located on the outside corners of house and used primarily when the house is vacant.

No loud parties as house is located in a clean, quiet area. Renters should be 23 unless preapproval granted. We want you and your loved ones to have a wonderful time. Choose to stay at Surf’s Up!
