Enjoy breathtaking views of your private beach access from the Ocean Luxe Beach Retreat House. Featuring a pool, giant patio and outdoor area with tons of seating, you will have views galore. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bath, the guest house has a studio with kitchenette-both are included in your rental. Main house features 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, and a massive living room plus extra living room. Main house has laundry.

House has been designed with exquisite beach furnishings so that you can enjoy comfort and style while relaxing in your private oasis. Fully equipped with wifi, books, towels, linens and everything you need-just bring your suitcase and bathing suit. Please note, beach access steps were washed away in the storm and awaiting a permit to rebuild-beach is accessed about a block away.

We have put our heart and soul into this home and enjoy sharing it with others that, like us, want to come to the beach and have fun and are not looking for things to nit-pick about.

Additional things we want to share. This is a family beach home and is one of the few homes this size on the beach with a pool. However, it`s a house not a hotel and at times things may happen. Sadly, we cannot tell when something may break but we do respond promptly if there is an issue. If the washing machine breaking during your stay (we replace them annually but this is an example) would ruin your vacation or cause you to get mad than we may not be the place for you. Our cleaners are paid a living wage but this is a home on the beach...that means all the sweeping and mopping in the world and sand may still sneak in. The pool is not covered and so if you happen to check in after a windy day there may be leaves and sand in the pool...the pool is ALWAYS cleaned weekly and safe to swim in and usually looks great. But if there are leaves, grab the pool net and sweep them out...we simply do not have anyone that can be on call after every wind storm...so if having to do that would upset you then we may not be the right fit. We have attempted to have boogie boards for our guests but they break every single week so we stopped guaranteeing that. At the end of the day, we do this because it`s suppose to be fun and we want you to enjoy a great vacation. However, if you are the type of person that freaks out if something breaks or is not perfect, we are not the house for you. Homes on the beach that are used for vacation rental sustain a lot of use and are near salt...so if a broken refrigerator drawer upsets you, we are not the home for you. Home sharing is just that, home sharing, we are not the Waldorf Astoria. We welcome fun, laid back guests looking to have a good time. If you are uptight or looking for a reason to complain or just all around grumpy, there are many hotels along our beach that would welcome you.
