Located in a peaceful gated community designed around two lakes, three-and-one-half miles from Disney World. Large family room with vaulted ceiling and galleried landing. Open kitchen with breakfast nook and fully-upgraded appliances. Superb master suite with second-floor balcony. Full laundry facilities. All bedrooms have cable TV. Wireless internet access.

State registered and in full compliance with all regulations. Local caretaker for your convenience. Any special requests will be entertained.

This is our third stay in this estate. The location is great and very close to Disneys Animal Kingdom. Sadly I can’t give this house a great review as we thought it seemed quite tired and wasn’t all that clean when we arrived. One of the bedrooms had something on the sheets when my son went to go to bed. I contacted the host about it who said the cleaners had put fresh sheets on before we arrived. The house itself was perfectly ok for what we needed it for, but some areas seemed to have been missed by the cleaners, and it could do with a lick of paint in the most used rooms. I’m sorry to not be writing a glowing review, perhaps the others we’ve previously stayed in had set our expectations too high.

We arrived on November 7th, 2025 for a family vacation to Walt Disney World, for my grandson’s birthday. We have stayed at many other rentals in the past in Florida but this home was the largest and most beautiful one that we’ve stayed at. The decor is beautiful as well. We started to notice issues with housekeeping and maintenance. The garbage disposal would not turn on with the switch, not even an electric sound was present. I did report it to the maintenance company and the owner and was told that there was a lot in there that shouldn’t have been. I had already cleared it of old, slimy stuff that was in there but usually if it’s a clog, you’ll at least hear it try to turn on, if not, it’s usually an electrical issue. At any rate, it was repaired.The beautiful master bath, garden tub leaked and could not keep water; that was never repaired. The tiled floors were very dirty; I had to clean them. There was a lot of mold in the showers and a lot of black dust in all ceiling fans. The sliding door tracks had what looked to be black mold and had a lot debris in them. There was a large vent for the HVAC that had mounds of dust/dirt and needed to be cleaned and replaced. Dust on dressers, head boards and light bulbs were heavy; it had not been dusted/cleaned in quite some time. The kitchen cupboards are falling apart and have been taped. There were no cleaning supplies, garbage bags or plastic wrap. In the owners defense, she does not live in Fl and was not aware.

Great location and price. Sarah was very easy to deal with throughout the booking process and answered any questions.Lovely villa and pool, yes it could do with some updating but for the price it was great.Loads of cooking utensils, pans etc as well as towels..Really enjoyed our stay

After 25 years of visiting Central Florida, this may be our best stay yet — especially for the price. The home sits in a quiet, well-kept gated community with minimal traffic, complete privacy, and no neighbors behind or across. A stunning water view offers sunrise on one side, sunset on the other, plus wildlife sightings from fish and turtles to birds, lizards, and the occasional alligator.Check-in was seamless thanks to Sarah’s clear instructions and welcome folder. The house was spotless, with parking for two cars and fast, reliable Wi-Fi indoors and out. Inside, it’s brighter and more spacious than the photos, with a relaxed coastal feel. The quiet, adjustable A/C and ceiling fans kept it comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and functional; bedrooms were comfortable, though the upstairs king bed wobbled and creaked a bit.The screened pool area was a highlight — bug-free, with sun and shade seating, evening lighting, and weekly cleaning.Sarah was an outstanding host: friendly, responsive, and accommodating with a late check-out.Location is ideal, minutes from Disney, shops, and restaurants, with grocery delivery available. You can even get groceries or deliveries right to the door (just remember to give them the gate code)Minor drawbacks: a single resort entrance, early noise from neighbor’s pool pump, and light wear from frequent use. Small maintenance issues were fixed promptly. We’d return in a heartbeat — the best value we’ve found in decades of Florida travel.

I’m going to try to be detailed in this review. Overall the stay was great. The host was very responsive to my many questions and was accommodating when I had a special circumstance. The house was really well stocked which was so appreciated. You have all the dishes etc you need. If staying for a while you will need more dessert dishwasher soap and garbage bags and paper towels. The house is a little tired and could use some updating. The downstairs full bath could use a good deep cleaning. The corners of the floor were dirty and the shower had some mildew in it. Both walk in showers don’t don’t drain very well. I think it’s because of the excellent water pressure. I called management company because there was a wasp nest on the front porch. They got back to me quickly and said they would take care of it but didn’t during our stay. The pool was great and the family had a lot of fun. Overall it was wonderful. Thank you.

Spacious and overall good value

This home is very spacious and could hold a large family/group without everyone being too crowded. It was nice having our own private pool. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. It was a good value for the amount of space you get but it is need of some repairs (sliding patio door(s) were falling off the track and the locks were not very reliable, front door frame was loose) and the house could use some updating. The neighborhood was convenient in the fact that it was close to a lot of places and also just far enough away to not be close to busy traffic. The only major issue we had was being kept awake one night by a party the neighbors were having. It was July 4th weekend so we showed a little grace but the loud music vibrating the bedroom walls at 1am was not very fun. Obviously not faulting the owners of this house but just wanted others to know in case it is a consistent thing.

Family Trip

House was great!! Just what we were looking for as a family going to Disney. Robert the property manager was easy to get a hold of when the storm knocked out the power. Power was gone like 15 mins and we were good to go.

Beautiful house with lots of room and supplies. Nice to have the kitchen and washer and dryer and the pool was great to have after hot busy days. We appreciated having pool towels supplied so we didn’t have to buy some. It’s a great location that is close to attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

A little disappointed.

Overall the house was well appointed, And the price was decent. But the lack of communication was not ideal. I tried to call three times and left two voicemails to see about getting the pool heat turned on but I never got ahold of anyone and didn’t ever get a call back. It was pretty cool outside so the kids only got in the pool for a little bit then decided it was too cold and never got in again. We also saw two roaches so that wasn’t great either.

Nice place could be cleaner

Overall very nice place in a gated neighborhood. The place was a bit dirty but we cleaned it up as best we could and everything else was fine

Excellent location

Excellent communication with the owner, easy check in procedure, amazing location and a great property with a great pool. I can honestly highly recommend this, we had a great stay and the theme parks/shopping outlets are not that far away by car.

Orlando Family Holiday

Stayed just over two weeks. House ideally located for Disney-15/20 mins. House is big and spacious big enough for two families. Lanai is big, spacious and overlooks the lake. We walked and ran around the gated community and was very pleasant. Communicated with Sarah from initial booking with little variations etc and always quick response and helpful-great host.

Our stay was amazing we loved staying there. There was no noice and it was in the right place grocery stores wasn’t far or close right in the right spot. We loved the pool especially the kids. The beds were super comfortable the distance between the rooms was also at the right point.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. All the beds were very comfortable and the villa was well stocked with towels and linens. The pool area was our favourite place to relax and look out over the lake. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Disney vacation/Graduation celebration

We went to Disney World everyday so sometimes the traffic was bad. The adult teenagers did not want to stay all day till close at Disney so we drove them back to the house and picked up groceries at Super Walmart to make dinner. My husband and I went back to Disney and enjoyed the park to get our moneys worth while they stayed and swam. It was my daughter(18), her best friend and our daughter’s boyfriend, and our 15 year old son who stayed back and had fun. They hooked up the Nintendo switch to the tv and played just dance. This happened about 3 of the days we stayed. Our family loved it and the our youngest talked about coming back sometime.

Our Family Vacation

The house was exactly what we needed for our family of 8 vacation. Very spacious. Very close to restaurants and stores. Not far from Universal Studios. It was especially nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals. The pool was very relaxing after longs day at the park.

Disney Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our Disney family vacation. The house was spacious, centrally located for all the theme parks and shopping and the pool was perfect after a hot day in the parks.

WDW trip

Great location lots of restaurants nearby. Check in easy. Had everything we needed. Didn’t even use upstairs. Pool was clean and warm with floaties available. Good communication.
