Blue Serenity is located next to Secret Harbor Resort where you'll have water sports rentals and diving, Sunset Grille Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You're only 5 minutes from Red Hook where there is shopping, restaurants, the marina and grocery stores.

Blue Serenity's Main Villa is built all on one level and is fully air-conditioned, with a high-ceilinged, spacious Great Room serving as the central gathering spot. The Great Room offers a plush sitting area and large flat screen TV and is banked by windows on every wall. With the open-plan gourmet kitchen and a formal dining area adjoining the Great Room within one generous, convivial space, it welcomes socialization. A spiral staircase off the Great room leads up to the home office and offers more incredible views.

• Located in the second Pavilion room & is fit for royalty

• Lavish en-suite bath with granite, double sink vanity, soaking tub, large stone-floored shower with his & hers waterfall shower heads. Shower looks out to the ocean.

There is a long-term tenant in Blue Serenity's Cottage, on the acreage. However, the stone walls surrounding the front of Blue Serenity's Main Villa and Pavilion provide almost complete privacy at Blue Serenity. The tenant has his own electronic gate and driveway, separate from the villa's main entry. You will most likely never see the tenant. Your privacy at Blue Serenity is completely assured!
