Three Bedroom Condo w/ Nice Amenities and Location
The Space:
Large three bedroom Ocean City, MD condo with great amenities and a very short walk to the beach. The open living area features a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a half-bathroom. There is a large balcony off of the living area that provides plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full bathroom with soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, television and attached full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds. This condo has been nicely updated and is in good condition. Building amenities include a rooftop pool, sun deck, private bayside beach, waterfront activity pier, elevator and two assigned parking spaces. Convenient location is close to the convention center, restaurants, amusements, water sports and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #85918. This condo is located on the 2nd floor.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Exactly as advertised!
My friends and I had a great stay at this property in August 2023. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! I can be very picky about places and I would definitely stay here again. The pool was never crowded and the check-in/check-out process was well organized and easy. Highly recommend!!

Good Communication & Location
Great communication with the property manager. Entry to the building and unit was seamless. Location is great, and having two parking spots was awesome. The unit was clean for the most part, but could definitely use a run-through by maintenance/property manager. One of the beds was held up by a kitchen saucepan, the MBA toilet ran constantly, screen door off the MBR was torn, and the slider patio door lock didn't latch. Other than those few hiccups, we enjoyed our stay as we are simple travelers. But if a guests expectations are high, they may be left a little disappointed. Appreciated the great communication from the property manager though!

Never Again.
This outdated property was not easily accessed. Upon arrival there was a stench which turned out to be the prior guest trash, not being emptied. There was food on the floor in the master bedroom. There was food splattered in the living room on the ceiling and the area rugs were not cleaned. The queen bed room bed was broken and was on an angle the entire time. The pictures on the wall were held up with tape. The quilts on the bed and mattress pads were filthy. There was an old dirty sheet wrapped up in the front room closet. The linens that were provided were of no quality. Our only view was the next building over. we did notify the property manager who sent a cleaning crew to wipe up and pull the trash for our stay. I would recommend that they evaluate any cleaning crew that goes into this property. The pool area was nice, but small and uninviting. I would not stay in this building again. Somewhat unrelated the coffee diner in front of the property left a lot to be desired was not a good experience unfortunately for the money that was spent.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced Brian. Upon being notified of your dissatisfaction in the clean, Coastal Life Vacations promptly sent a crew out to assist. This issue was addressed within the hour. You did not notify us of any other items listed in your review....had you done so, this could have easily been resolved by our management team. The balcony view and the pool are clearly shown in our property photos and are true to life. Thank you for your feedback.
