FEEL THE ALOHA!! Affordable 1BR w/sofa sleeper.



You will find that this one bedroom condo with sleeper sofa is well appointed, & ideal for a couple with a couple of kids. You are steps to the beach, it takes less than five minutes to get there from your unit. You can see the water from the lanai. People say that if you get cold, just jump in the water! This condo is on the leeward side of the island which means you get almost 365 days of wonderful sunshine, and get to watch the spectacular Maui sunsets right from the condo or beach. The unit has beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach going goodies! (Bring your own sunscreen)!

It's affordable enough for a single traveler to stay as well. You'll find that everything you need is so close to the condo. There's shopping, dining, activities, etc. Do yourself a favor! You owe it you yourself to experience the Aloha, magic, & beauty of Maui, for an EXCELLENT price! You don't have the crowds,(and major expense), of staying at one of the local resorts. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and are more than happy to recommend some special spots to see!

The condo is right across the street from the beautiful Kam II beach. This condo is in the first building, which is closest to the beach in this complex. Right across the beach (Kam II) gives you access to the beautiful Kam I and Kam III beaches as well. They call them 'beach parks' because there is a little park before the beach (with restrooms) where you can barbeque and check out the sunsets.

I came to Maui and fell in love. I found this condo, and had to have it in order to rent it out for a reasonable price (to share the Aloha), and when it's available, I make it available to friends and family. This island is sometimes referred to as the, 'Magic Island'. When you get here, you'll see why! I welcome you to my 'home away from home'! Come and enjoy the good life in paradise! WARNING! You may not want to leave! I went to Maui on vacation, and stayed for 11 years, and return each year!

The location was great, very easy access to the beach and restaurants. However a few items need to be addressed. 1.difficult to open the door with the key. 2. The top vent on the micro kept falling off each time we opened the door. 3. The small cooler zipper pull was broken so it was hard to close. 4. they need a bathroom rug for slippage after showers.

Location is fantastic…we loved the pool and the beaches right across the street! A/c worked well…the bed was comfy. We used the pavilion for a bbq…good for small group gatherings! We will absolutely be back!!!!

Cozy spot in a great location

Jamie’s condo is in a great location, walking distance to so many things and directly across from Kam II beach. There’s beach chairs, and umbrella to use, basic kitchen stuff to be able to cook or make snacks and a great lanai to enjoy them on! She’s very responsive if you have questions. The complex has a nice pool to enjoy for those windy afternoons when the sand at the beach is blasting you too!

Family Heaven

The location of this Condo is incredible. Walk 30 seconds to one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. A minute walk to a couple delicious restaurants. A couple minute walk to a market, gift shops, and more restaurants.Absolutely incredible. We stayed with our 10 month old, and our 3 year old. Kitchen had what we needed. There was an infant chair and a pack in play. The pull out couch was comfortable. This is the best location we have stayed in our many trips to Maui.

Condo needs a good cleaning & spruce up Dust a half inch thick on bed frame Window ledges & windows dirty, look like they haven’t been cleaned in years Burned out light bulbs, no replacements in condo to fit Toaster broken Stove fan & light not working Sheets on bed do not fit properly Condo sleeps 4 but only 2 beach towels provided No in-suite washer/dryer, front page of ad states washer/dryer Patio door never worked properly even after maintenance came to work on it Storage locker for beach chairs a complete mess, doors hard to open & close One beach chair broken On the positive, outside areas including pool well maintained

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, we didn’t want to leave. Best thing of all was that you get sun on the lanai from about 745am till about 6pm, absolutely Lovely! Can see the beach from the lanai, walk to the mini mall on one side, Fred’s Mexican Restaurant on the other side. Most Excellent location and everything went smooth for checking in and out, hope we get to stay here again!😎☀️😎

Enjoyed this property. The bathroom sink fixture is loose and you need at least one sharp knife. Great location. My third time staying at Nani Kai. I will be back.

Good value

This place is a good value for the price. The bed is comfortable and the space is great. The big drawback for me was the heat. The AC unit is not adequate to cool the space. Opening the windows works best but then hear other guests more. Had I been traveling with my wife this would have been a nightmare. As it was, I saved enough money staying here to get a great massage at the Four Seasons.

Felt like home...

Communication in the app was quick and responsive. Great little condo, cozy feeling with all the extra little touches. Check-in was actually a little early, which was great since we came in on an early flight from the west coast. Location was amazing, my preferred area of Kihei, across the street from the beach. Would definitely book here again.

Great place

Had a wonderful stay, communication was spot on. First trip in a long time with my mom who has mobility issues so this rental was awesome as it’s on the ground floor next-door is Fred’s Mexican restaurant which is amazing right across the street from Kam 2 beach, which is a beautiful beach, and a great place to watch the sunset! Will definitely rent again!

Amazing Location!

Location was incredible! Right next to anything you could want... shops and restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The condo unit is in the first building closest to the street but noise was never an issue. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there's a crosswalk right next to the entrance to the complex. No issues with checking in, parking or literally anything else. Jamie responded quickly to questions and there wasn't a big long list of chores to complete prior to leaving like some other rentals we've had. We were only asking to take out garbage and wash the dishes which we would've done anyways. I've already recommended this rental to friends and family and would 100% stay here again!

Great stay!

Well-equipped condo in a convenient location to restaurants, beaches and services. Appreciated the beach supplies! We did cook two nights and found the basics of what we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again if back in this part of Hawaii!

Perfect Rental

The rental was perfectley located, with a 2 minute walk to a wonderful white sand beach. Numerous restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance. The actual unit was very spacious & well maintained. We had all we needed in the unit & I would highly recomend this rental. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had.

Condo across the street from the beach

This condo was across the street from the beach, where we watched many sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the condo provided everything we needed for a stay by the beach. It was a great location, within walking distance of a few restaurants as well. The condo itself was quite basic, and the decor was a little dated, but when in Maui how much time do you spend in your accommodation anyway? Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo!

Perfect location

This unit was in a perfect location, so close to the beach, great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and owner was responsive and allowed for an early check in on the day we arrived. We did not require use of the sofa bed but the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The A/C was very nice as it was quite hot while we were there. We also really enjoyed the pool at this complex, quite large, lots of poolside chairs and shade areas if required. Thank you so much for our stay in your lovely condo!

I'm 44 years old, and spent about a decade in Maui. I bought a house there, which I rent out on a permanent basis, and I have this condo that I rent out, and go to visit when it's available. I a 11 year old daughter who was, 'Maui Built'! We love the Island, and plan on retiring there in the future. When I arrived for the first time, I felt as though I finally found the right place for me. I've travelled the world, and lived in foreign countries, but came here, and decided that this is where I want to grow old. Maui is sometimes referred to the 'Magic Island', and I hope that you, too, find and see the magic and aloha that makes this island as special as it is. There is so much to do, from tanning and reading a good book on the beach, to snorkeling and seeing the beautiful fish and sea turtles. You can hike through the rain forest and see spectacular waterfalls and wild fruit growing all over the place. If you're daring enough, you can jump off the fresh water waterfalls for a great, safe, thrill. After ten years, I haven't seen everything the island has to offer. People have the ,'aloha spirit', and are more than happy to share the wonderful spots that are a 'must see' while here. You owe it to yourself to experience the magic at a wonderful price. The condo is professionally cleaned after every use, and is a nice place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. You'll see. I hope you come, and take some 'aloha' with you! It's a place you won't forget!

Condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and amenities to make your stay comfortable. Cafe O'lei, Fred's Mexican, Moose McGillicudy's, all next door. Boss Frogs and Auntie Snorkel Shop is right next door if you would like to rent snorkel gear and boogie boards or book excursions. Great snorkeling at beach across the street.
