Beautiful Condo in Kihei Alii Kai, steps from Kam 1 beach

Welcome to our bright and beautiful condo, ideally situated near the front of the complex—just steps away from the beach! Thoughtfully upgraded with new furniture in Summer 2022, this is the only condo we own, and we’ve equipped it with all the comforts needed for you and your family to feel at home.
The bathroom was remodeled in July 2016, featuring a modern walk-in tile shower and a new vanity. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and there’s a queen-sized fold-out couch in the living area, purchased in July 2022, for additional guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential appliances, plus extras like a rice cooker, Ninja food processor, and blender, making it easy to entertain and cook. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and cookware are available, and we added a new dishwasher in July 2022.

For a perfect beach day, we’ve included four beach chairs and other essentials to enjoy the sun and sand.

Inside, the condo we have a high-efficiency split air conditioning unit and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. With excellent cross-ventilation and a refreshing ocean breeze most days, the climate is always pleasant.

Entertainment includes a smart TV with DVR along with FREE high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless streaming and browsing.

A full-sized washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. In the master closet, you’ll find a programmable safe for securing valuables, which can be locked using a custom code or a card with a magnetic strip.

Our condo’s location at the front of the complex allows easy access with minimal foot traffic, as it’s not in the direct path to other units. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with close beach access for ultimate relaxation!

This condo was great! The location was perfect for walking to one of the best beaches in Maui. It’s close to many fantastic restaurants and shops. The owners have created a comfortable home to enjoy your stay with lots of extras such as snorkeling equipment and boogie boards to play at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to create great meals on site with BBQ’s by the pool as well. The owner was always quick to respond to me with any questions I had to enhance our experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked, the location was close to the beach and we enjoyed meeting new people at the hot tub at the end of our day. I enjoyed sitting on the Lani and listening to the birds in the morning. The host was helpful and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again.

The only complaint was the bedroom is uncomfortably warm. While the living room/kitchen area is air conditioned, the bedroom is not. Due to the floor plan the AC doesn’t make it to the bedroom. The location awesome! The amenities included such as beach gear .. awesome!

Nice condo in

The location is hard to beat—walking distance from gogeous Kamaole Beach Park 1, plus a bunch of decent cafes, bakeries, and ABC store as well. Plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, bodyboards, fins).Taking a point off for the disgusting state we found the pack-and-play crib in. Ut was all stained and in rough shape—hardly a place you would put a toddler to sleep. The owner, however, was very responsive and arranged a new crib for us before the end of the arrival day.

Fabulous location

Thank you for the use of your beautiful Maui home. We had a wonderful vacation and found the condo just perfect! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the complex is nice and well maintained. The location can't be beat and communication with the property owner was fabulous. We would definitely stay again. This condo is on the ground floor, so you don't get the views afforded by units higher up in this complex - but the benefit is less stairs and an easier walk to the beach, etc.

Absolutely perfect

This unit is perfectly located and thoroughly equipped. No need to rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys-- it was all there, and more! A cozy bed with loads of pillows, blackout curtains, two blenders, a step stool, a small pack-n-play, and a surprisingly functional and comfy hide-a-bed were just a few of the homey touches that we enjoyed. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were nicer appliances than the ones we have at home. Kitchen layout was intuitive and functional (again, nicer than our kitchen at home). The turquoise decor made us feel like we were at the beach, even when we were still inside. The only bummer about the B and D buildings at Kihei Ali'i Kai is that the afternoon sun hits the lanai pretty strong, and that can heat things up in the afternoon, but Tabbi and Marc have mitigated this with a super functional full-length curtain and strong AC unit. We ran AC for a few hours every afternoon for nap time, and the rest of the time we left it off and opened doors/windows to enjoy a crossbreeze through the screens. The lanai has a nice hedge around it which helps with privacy (and/or escaping toddlers), but it's also crazy convenient to parking and the beach. We used a wagon to go to and fro, and it was so convenient not to have to worry about stairs or elevators. I'm already dreaming of a return trip, and I hope this unit is available again because I would re-book without hesitation! MAHALO, Tabbi and Marc!

Great Location!

I came to relax and just hang out for a few days. I really liked the location - great places to eat, good snorkeling, and decent surfing were all within walking distance.

Absolutely perfect!!

This property is well looked after, it was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of four. Walking distance to shopping, groceries and restaurants and is 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach. The host is very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we can't wait to come back!!

Very nice

Stayed a week and enjoyed the stay. Supplied with more than we needed for our stay. Had a little problem with the door lock but the deadbolt lock was more than sufficient. Bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was most useful.

Perfect getaway location

This place was amazing. It was clean, felt like a home, had everything we could need to enjoy our time there and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and food options but tucked away just enough so there was no traffic, it felt very private. Wish we had more time on Maui, will be back and would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and conveniently located across the street from a great child-friendly beach. There were beach toys for the kids, boogey boards, beach snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Everything you could possibly need! Parking was easy and free. The host was communicative and instructions for checking in and out couldn't have been clearer. My family can't wait to come back and visit again. 5 Stars!!!

What a great place to stay! We enjoyed it very much! It’s very clean and spacious. The location is amazing - close to restaurants, ABC stores, beach… There are beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys in the unit - saved us from renting those! We will definitely recommend it to everyone for your stay in Maui!

Checkin/Parking

We had a one night stay, arriving in the evening. The checkin process was easy following the owner's emailed instructions. Parking can be a bit of an issue as there are two lots, one small lot near the owner's unit and another larger lot up the hill above all the units. On arrival, try to park in the lower lot or at least take your luggage to the condo unit from the lower lot. If there are no (non-owner) parking spaces available in the lower lot, you will need to park up the hill in the (non-owner) part of the upper lot. Another step is that you need to get a parking tag from the kiosk near the swimming pool, put part of it in your vehicle and leave the rest (with your car license number) in a box in the kiosk near the pool.

Easy access and walking distance to everything! Fully stocked and I mean fully stocked from kitchen supplies to toiletries (even a flat iron!) Love that snorkeling gear and all beach items were available!!!

Great location

Tabra was easy to deal with. Condo was well equipped with all amenities. Parking an issue occasionally. Seemed there were non guests using stalls close to room. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I fell in love with Maui on our first visit. We have wanted to have a little piece of paradise for ourselves. We bought our condo in 2013 and have enjoyed our visits to the island. Marc and Tabbi are your hosts. Tabbi is a nurse practitioner and Marc is an instructor at a local community college. We hope you will fall in love with Maui and enjoy your visit as much as we always do.

We had been to Maui several times and fell in love with this complex because it is nestled among great shopping, dining and beaches. One of the best beaches (in my opinion) in Maui is just a minute from the door. It is off the main road so it is nice and quite when you want to get away from the buzz of Kihei. We have stayed at several complexes and this is by far our favorite. It is quite and comfortable and close to all dining and shopping. The complex is very well maintained with an awesome pool area, beautiful grounds and a nice quite place to kick back and relax.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This complex has a pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, 4 grills as well as outdoor picnic area. We love this complex because it is well maintained and very nicely landscaped. The beach at the bottom of the hill is by far one of my favorites on Maui. It has nice waves for floating or boogie boarding. If you swim out to the left from the beach in front of the hotel there are always turtles and lots of coral and beautiful fish to view while snorkeling. This beach is a great for lounging, swimming, floating, boogie boarding, SUP or snorkeling.
