Excellent option for a large group.

We had between 2 and 17 people sleeping there and up to 22 there. We were all out of town guests in Corpus for a wedding, the size and locatiin of the home made it an excellent place for all of us to be able to gather and never felt crowded. The cousins/siblings loved the pool table and the adults loved the open spaces to visit. It stated at the time I rented that it was a new listing, there were a few minor hiccups that I attribute to that. The host was very responsive to any questions. The only disappointment we had was that it stated that it was a fully stocked kitchen but we had to go buy basics to be able to utilize the kitchen. Of course this can also be attributed to a new listing and we gave more detailed feedback to the host regarding this. Overall this was an great stay and provided the gathering space we would not have had in a hotel room. Would definitely book again if the need arose.

Weekend stay for Navy Event

Very spacious house with lots of beds and room for large group. However, property seems to be in transition and in need of additional seating and kitchen supplies. Owner is working on house and will be a beautiful property when complete.

Great house for a large group

We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was watching the water and the birds. The house has plenty of room for large groups. We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving Break. There was plenty of space for everyone with the two tables and the bar stools. The kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, and place settings. It did not have a good selection of pots and pans. There was plenty of bedding and towels for our group. We were confused by the blow up hot tub and above ground pool that was dug into the ground. Not what we were expecting for a home worth over a million dollars in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Corpus. We were also surprised by the window units for the AC. Not what I expecting for King's Crossing and shocked that window units would be allowed. I took a star off for all the empty boxes and construction materials in the garage. We would stay again if we need to host a large gathering again.

Amazing

The house is incredible. Very nice and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owner was very friendly to deal with. The only reason i gave 4 stars on clean property is because there is still some construction going on so there are materials in the garage and the back yard. It was all out of the way for us though. Absolutely loved it so did my friends. Well worth the cost
