Park Shore Resort, 2nd Floor, Bldg. H - Newly renovated and tastefully decorated 2nd floor, 2BR/2BA UNIT



"UNIQUE MASTER SUITE W/DIRECT LANAI ACCESS & WATER VIEWS"



Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach.



The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting



There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).



This two (2) Bedroom (King in Master w/Flat Screen TV, Queen in Guest w/Flat Screen TV) unit has been completely renovated to provide a freshly updated design throughout!! Living room w/electric fireplace. The kitchen & bathrooms have been upgraded with high end finishes including solid surface granite counter tops.



Unlike other units within this complex, The Master/King Suite has been relocated to directly access the private screened Lanai with tranquil water views. The Master Suite Bath has Shower only w/custom tile work, while the Guest Bath (directly across hall from Guest Bedroom) also provides newly renovated bath with shower only & custom tile work. This unique floor plan provides the ultimate in guest privacy.



Additionally, this 2nd floor Condo in Bldg. "H" is located very close to the elevator for the utmost in guest convenience. Parking is accessible in front of the bldg. as well.



This Condo is also equipped with a stackable Washer & Dryer.



Property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.



Starting August 1, 2024 there is $115.00 Resort Security FOB Fee per reservation payable by Guests @ Check-in that provides access to pool, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.



Monthly Rental Rates are Based on 28 Day Month.

The unit was nicely renovated, was very clean & had all the amenities listed. The resort had a very nice pool area that was also very clean. We had a very nice stay & would recommend.

Hi Tammy, My wife and I had a great time at Park Shores in Naples. Location is great and the condo was very clean, comfortable, and we appreciated all of the amenities. This is the second time we have stayed in your condo and it is a great place to enjoy the sun, water, and to relax.

Perfect for the Bew Year

We had a great experience at this condo and will definitely rent again.The location was so convenient and condo was clean and so comfortable. We took advantage of the pool, pickleball courts and on site restaurant. Only disappointment was the proximity to the beach. So we ended up going to the pool instead!

Stay in naples

We were very happy with our stay in Parkshore. The condo was clean, perfect, and had all the amenities associated with it. I was especially happy that we were allowed to get into the condo early as we arrived into Florida early which was nice. We both worked remotely so the connectivity was a key factor. It was excellent,, so thank you very much and the property manager was so responsive to any query that we had I would highly recommend this condo and I would definitely do it again

Unit very nice and clean - perfect location for anything you want in Naples - a small issue checking in but a call to Tammy was answered and issue immediately resolved Second time staying there in this particular unit and would do it again

Nice time in Florida

This unit is located in a rather unusual resort that has its own walking paths and island in the center, even though you are in an urban area. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as are more upscale restaurants that are nearer the ocean. The unit was clean and well appointed with good WIFI and multiple plugs for electronics. We were able to take morning walks in the neighborhood and admire the nice Naples homes. Starbuck's and McD's were closeby for morning coffee.

Great location!

This is an older resort, but the location is perfect for us.We love the Park Shore area and have friends who live in the Moorings. It's great to be able to walk to many stores and restaurants. The unit we stayed in had been updated. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed the screened lanai. In unit laundry is a big plus. Pool area was very enjoyable and Hogfish Harry's was great for dinner! If anything, the drapes in the living area and master bedroom could be replaced but that is cosmetic and not a big deal. We thought the rest of the unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. It would be nice to have had a pass to the Park Shore Beach, but I believe that is by owner and not the resort.

Great Vacation Spot

This was by far the nicest place we ever stayed in the past 9 years. The condo was perfect for our needs. Beach equipment was provided and it was perfect. Kitchen and bath supplies were provided as well as beach towels. Well stocked kitchen appliances, glasses, dishes and cooking utensils. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful lanai overlooking a relaxing waterway with beautiful foliage and entertaining Muscovy ducks. Elevator. Complimentary coffee every morning in the lobby. When we went to the pool, we felt like we were on a tropical island resort. Water was warm and clean and plenty of lounge chairs available all day. Hogfish Harry’s was awesome and right on the property. Great food and atmosphere. The location of the condo was perfect. You could walk to the supermarket and many stores and eateries in the same shopping center. Also only minutes from downtown and Vanderbilt Beach which was also lovely. Parking garage one block away from the public beach was great and public bathrooms too. What’s not to love about this condo!! Would definitely go back to Park Shore Resort.

Family vacation

We always enjoy Naples. The condo was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. We loved the property. It is very scenic and peaceful. The pool area and restaurant are great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and the location is perfect.

Park Shore Resort was a great place to stay. Grounds were beautiful, well maintained and clean. Restaurant in the resort was fun and food was excellent. Great location. The room we stayed in was terrific.

Nice home base

Went on golf trip and this place served well as home base. Good central location. Very nice community, would like to rent for a month. Great restaurant on property too.
