This property was very comfortable and homey. The bathrooms and showers were spacious. The beds were comfortable. Super clean and had everything we needed. I loved sitting on the balcony. This unit's balcony was in shade most of the day, making it easy to relax and read without the sun in my eyes. The view of the ocean is better than it shows in the picture and getting to the ocean is quick and easy.

Lovely condo!! // Note parking extra

We loved our stay at this beautiful recently renovated condo. Great view and location as well. My only complaint is that the actual cost differed from my total at VRBO checkout because apparently the rental company charges 40 for a single parking pass and I did not see this anywhere in the listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Villamare several years now, but this is one of the nicest condos yet. The view is amazing and the location on the 2nd floor and the distance from the beach & pool area make it pretty quiet while sitting on the balcony. Also, a nice view of the small pond with turtles.
