Beautiful fully furnished home on the very famous and highly coveted Ke Nui Road. It has direct beach access in front of Gas Chambers, and also world-famous surf spots, Rocky point (100 yards to the east), and Pipeline (300 yards to the west). This home is a surfer`s paradise!
The home is a two-story home with gathering spaces and one bedroom and one and a half bath on the main level. Upstairs are 4 more rooms and 3 more bathrooms.
Guests have full access to the property except for one locked off owner use garage. The other garage and remainder of the property is exclusive to the use of the guests.

The location of Hale Kai can’t be beat. The house is located on Sunset Beach which is renowned as one of the best surfing beaches in the world drawing pro surfers year around to come and enjoy its waves. While you can easily and happily spend most of your vacation time on the property and at the beach in front the home, just around the corner is Waimea Bay, where you can take part in the tradition of cliff jumping in the summer or watch the monster waves roll in during the winter. A bike path is accessible near the home that leads to coffee stands, shops, and other beaches in the area. You can rent a stand-up paddleboard in Haleiwa and float along the Anahulu Stream for a laid-back adventure. Finally, visit the shops and restaurants in historic Haleiwa town, including Matsumoto’s for their famous shaved ice and Giovanni`s Shrimp Truck where you can get a dozen jumbo shrimp cooked just the way you like it.
A car is recommended. There is parking for one car in the garage and 2-3 cars on the driveway.
The home has an amazing yard and outdoor living area. It features an outdoor dining table for 8, rocking chairs, grill area, a grassy relaxing area overlooking the beach and a cedar jacuzzi.
Baby equipment and water sports equipment are provided upon request!
NO SMOKING
No smoking! Smoking inside or outside of the property of any kind is
prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 fine plus any additional
remediation costs.
PETS
Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and there is a non-
refundable pet fee of $1000. One additional pet is allowed and a $500
non-refundable pet fee would apply. Please keep all animals off the
furniture and beds.
REGISTERED GUESTS
Guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult.
No more than 8 guests permitted overnight, unless pre- authorized.
QUIET HOURS
Please be courteous to our neighbors, no noise outside from 10 pm - 8 am.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced, as we need to be courteous of our neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Please be conscious of noise levels at all times. Tenant will be subject to a
$5,000 fine if Landlord receives official complaints from the police or any
governmental agency.
OVERALL HOUSE
No outdoor shoes in the house - please rinse sand off using outdoor shower,
hose or buckets provided prior to entering the house.
Cover hot tub overnight and when not in use.
Cover BBQ grill overnight and when not in use.
Use coasters provided to avoid stains on the wood and surfaces.
Do not flush any feminine products or anything other than toilet tissue.
Keep garage doors closed at all times.
Turn all lights and AC off when not in use or when away from the house.
