Welcome to the Sanctuary Studio! Private Entrance w/ NO contact check-in. Situated in a prime location in Ferndale, adjacent to Harding Park and minutes from Royal Oak & Downtown Detroit. DOG FRIENDLY!

~ 2 miles to the Royal Oak Music Theatre, Rust Belt Market
~ 11 miles to Midtown, LCA, Comerica Park, & Fox Theatre

A great location with easy access to I-696 & I-75.

Look for PARK SIDE studio (front unit #1) if this isn't available.

Access to the SANCTUARY STUDIO (Unit #2) is through the back. There is a parking space near your door for you. You have full access to the studio including the washer/dryer in your unit.

Welcome information will be sent to you once you book the SANCTUARY STUDIO. On the day of check-in you will receive both check-in and check-out instructions. You will receive your personal key-code through the Airbnb app when the studio is ready for your arrival.

Check Out: 11AM. A checkout fee of $20 per 30 minutes past 11AM will be applied.

Pet Fee: $40 & must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in.

*You must be able to climb stairs as there are TWO Stairs leading up to the porch landing.

*There is a potential for noise during times of heavy traffic as the studio is located on the service drive of I-696.

*Host is not responsible for any third-party outages such as electricity, water, and internet due to weather or construction.
