Beach Place #403 - Find out why guests come back over and over again to Beach Place Condos! Close to everything, including John's Pass Village, sought after beaches and other popular amenities, this is the premier 2 bedroom, 2 bath. vacation spot where families make lifetime memories. Please note there is no phone in the condo.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #403 has an updated kitchen, with nice appliances, granite countertops, pendant lighting, and fully stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffee maker. The living area is bright and spacious, with comfortable furnishings, including a queen sofa bed, large flat screened television, and breakfast area that seats four comfortably. The outdoor balcony, with views of John's Pass Village, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a long day.

The serene master bedroom has plenty of room with one queen sized bed, one double bed, access to the balcony and ample closet and dresser drawer space. The nicely appointed second guest room has two double beds. The bathrooms, like all SunHost properties, are spotless and prepared for your visit. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your convenience. Free WIFI.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

This unit has ONE assigned parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

Of course, a top attraction is the premier location this condo offers. Near all amenities, including BBQ facilities, pool, and of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida - Madeira Beach. John's Pass Village is directly across the street. This #1 tourist is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

With Johns Pass across the street and so many shops and restaurants there is no reason to rent a car if you fly.You are right on the beach here too which makes it the perfect vaca spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue was that we only had one car space and we were two couples traveling from different places in Florida. Also, no paper towels and the pots and pans were old could not use them for cooking. Next time we will book directly and make sure we get a better unit away from the noise and that it has two car spaces.

View is the condo's best asset. Noise level at night is high, trouble sleeping. The condo is not equipped very well. it only had 2 tumbler size glasses, the largest skillet was only 8 or 9 inches, too small for cooking any meats or potatoes, no sharp knifes for cooking, peeling potatoes, no mop or cleaning agents ( stays any length of time and doesn't clean or mop). The condo was nice enough for us to stay in again but if we drove, I would bring some necessities that I know it needs. Oh, the toaster burns your toast unless you watch and catch it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was good there were just several small things that could be improved. There were 5 forks. For a condo that sleeps 8 people, the fridge was dirty, there were zero beach towels and 8 towels total. The fan in the second bedroom shook so bad you couldn’t use it and the lights on the master closet blinked so bad you felt you were going to have a seizure and several outlets didn’t work. The noise outside was terrible from a bunch of loud trucks and music from car stereos from the parking lot next to the condo, obviously not the condos fault. It must be a hang out spot for locals. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it did meat our needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome vacation as always. Weather was windy. More than normal and a bit cooler. But overall awesome. We rebooked as we do every year. Only complaint we had was the noise of traffic on the bridge. Very loud cars trucks and motorcycles. I don’t understand the need to rev engines as they go over the bridge. Furniture is tired and needs to be replaced. Worn out and greasy from sunscreen is my guess.

Great place to stay. We could walk to everything.

The only down fall was the cars racing by at night. It didnt quiet down till 11pm sometimes later.

Amazing spot

My family loved our stay wanting to stay another week. The location was great we had access to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the condo was as described DEFINITELY WILL RETURN. Thank you for having us. The Brandl Family.

Awesome family trip

It was a very pleasant. Awesome location and did not had any issues. The noise can be loud at night but nothing crazy. Loved the view and we were able to go fishing with it walking distance. The only recommendation I have is to probably have a bigger and smart TV at least in the living room and softener mattresses. Great service and easy check in and check out.

June 2017 Stay

Condo needed some up grading, couldn't go out to patio door because carpet was so tore up door wouldn't open , only 3 burners on stove worked, walls and baseboard needed painted,carpet needed cleaned . Very disappointed in this condo this is the first one I felt this way always had Beautiful condos before at beach place.

Beautiful and close to everything

This property is beautiful. The condos have everything that you need including parking and is close to everything including the gulf with dolphins, the beach, shopping and restaurants and also has a wonderful pool for when you are sick of the sand.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very dirty on arrival. Carpets in bedroom not vacuumed, tile floor was not cleaned. There was food under dining room table and a dirty dish under one of the beds. Linens on bed could be better. There are no blankets just a bedspread and a sheet. There was food under the cushion on the deck furniture and the tables on the deck were not wiped off. One of the burners On oven didn't work. There was about 1/4 inch of dust on the wicker chair in the living room. The condo itself is fine nice for what we wanted but needs to be cleaned a lot better than it is.

April 2016 Stay

Well where do I start; first off the shower in the master bedroom was all mildew and the faucet was hard to shut off & on, called maintenance and they did come quickly but could not fix it cause it is a old faucet and he would have to order a part. Next the sink in main bathroom would not drain, so I had to call maintenance again, notice he fixed it when I looked under the sink it look like it had been leaking cause there was water marking under the sink. The whole condo was way outdated. Next we go to make down couch bed and there was gum or Andy stuck to cushion on the opposite side. But the resort was ok, the bathroom by pool was outdated and it smelled. I normally don't complain about the rooms we stay in cause we are not in it very much but there was just to many things ring. Also the air was not working 100%, it was hot at night and cold in the day. We had Condo#403 will not rent that one ever again. Not worth $1140.00 a week. I have traveled a lot of places and this is the 1st complaint I have writte

Great location, roomy

Beach place was an excellent choice for us. It is right next to johns pass with the shops and restaurants and directly in the beach. The condo was huge and equipped with all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

Could use some updating

Although it has a new sofa the chairs had holes in them with stuffing coming out, the furniture on the balcony had cracks in it which made you unsure as to the safety to it and the bed spread seemed old and worn out. The water pressure in the showers were terrible we couldn't even get the same or of our kids hair and we never really felt clean.
