Too many words can describe this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo including: Big! Updated! Location! Step inside this 1,140 square foot unit and see how the new owners have taken very good care of this popular vacation property!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #503 has a modern kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and newer cabinets. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. Sit at the bar or table for meals, games or conversation. The open living area with comfortable leather furniture, and 60" flat screened television leads out to the outdoor balcony with views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, television, and has private access to the outdoor balcony. The large, second guestroom contains 2 queen sized beds making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi.

This unit has ONE parking space. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

The location, can't be beat. Here you are near it all, including the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and popular John's Pass Village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

First timer on Madeira Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 503 was very clean and updated. A few amenities should be replaced such as chipped cups and plates. We liked being on the upper floor and was very quiet in the hallway. That elevator though is a bit slow however stairs are close in proximity and exercise is good to burn off those calories you seem to endure on vacation 😂

We wished it would have had a couple beach chairs included as we have been staying at Beach Place for the last 15 years and have been flying down for the last 5 years and leave chairs in the unit we stay in for the next people to us and they are never there when we return.

This condo is in a great location - shopping, restaurants, food, pubs/breweries all walkable. Loved the view of the drawbridge! Pretty at night & fun to watch boats & jet skis go through the channel. Pool was heated & clean. Condo was clean. The open spaces/elevators/halls could use updating/cleaning. Didn't impact our stay, but some might find that off-putting. We enjoyed the condo and the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. It’s a great location and very nice condo. It wasn’t as clean we felt as last year. But it’s still a wonderful place to stay. I did mention in another review it needs some extra things in the kitchen and we came back from the beach and a couple of the things we said would be nice had been dropped off, I’m assuming by the office staff, for us.

Great condo!

We stayed here with our two small kids. We had a great time and the condo was very clean with comfy beds. There are no beach items in the condo so you will need to bring your own. Since we were flying that made things tricky.

Selfish, Greedy,

We had a suicide in our family and could not go. We were not given one penny back or anytype of credit. I will not ever book through this website again or at this location. Bad policys, you could have wiggle room. I could provide a death certificate. Nothing, no compassion, only greed rules your contracts and policies.

The only 2 things I would say negatively would be that the floors needed mopped because from the first day our feet were dirty and we had to wear socks or shoes around the room. I would of liked to have had a mop to just clean up the floors more while staying. I wish there had been a washer and dryer in the unit cause it wouldn’t take time away from our vacation trying to clean our clothes . A towel exchange would also be a great addition like most places we’ve stayed have.

Lovely location - apartment could do with a refresh

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for just over a week in August, we had originally booked for an apartment on the 4th floor but were moved to 5th floor before we departed for our holiday as we were informed the owners wanted the 4th floor. This apartment was ok, however we felt that it could do with an update, the sofa in the living area had patches where the cover had worn off and one of the relaxer chairs was broken so it would randomly ‘ping’ into the recline position and wouldn’t lock. Also the rug in the living area was really dirty looking. The kitchen was well stocked with all things you would expect, so no complaints there. The television remote in the master bedroom did not work, and there were cracked tiles in both the bathroom areas. Generally I wouldn’t say it was really spotless when we arrived and could have done with a really good clean. Another really unfortunate thing was that there was some maintenance work going on in the stairwells where they were recovering the flooring, which although was deafeningly noisy it was the mass amount of dust this created right next to our entrance to the apartment not giving us a very relaxed feel to our holiday. We understand maintenance work is needed however would it not have been better to do this in the low season instead of peak? You may think that this review is picky, but I felt it necessary to comment given the overall cost of the apartment, we would have expected a little bit more in terms of spec from it.

Since we were right next to public parking and public beach access the beach was a little more crowded. There were parties going on in the parking on a Friday and Saturday nights. Reddington seemed to have a more private less crowded beach.

Perfect 10 Days

I loved this condo. Everything was wonderful, it was the perfect location, right across the street from John's Pass (Prirate Cruise was a lot of fun for the 4 year old, worth every penny). We loved walking across the bridge to eat at Crabby's (3 times). The pool was spotless and the beach was only a few steps away. I would love to stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We watched beautiful sunrises over John's Pass from the balcony every morning and stunning sunsets from the beach each night. The rental unit was very well furnished and comfortable. There was lots of fun things to do over at the boardwalk and the kids loved the beach and pool! We had lots of amazing dolphin sighting and enjoyed being able to stay conveniently near our family as well. We can't wait for our next trip back!
