Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location Condo could use some up dating .... And painting ...but overall nice Ceiling fan in bedroom only had one speed ... May be time for a new fan... bedroom got alittle warm at night AC had a note not to turn down below 75...so we did not And my husband noticed a slight mildew smell ... could have been cleaning supplies not sure But overall nice stay And great location

Family vacation

My kids and I had a great time. They loved the beach and pool John's pass is an awesome little village to walk around. The pool deck and pool could use some lighting for night-time

Great Location

This condo is a great location across from John’s Pass! Lots of restaurants and outdoor bars with great entertainment. The condo was clean but needs some updated furniture. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean and was everything we wanted. I do wish they left some more basic items like you see in other condos, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The bed was very comfortable, and the condo is very open and feels even bigger than it is.

Loved Sandy Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed several places by John's Pass over the last 35 years and loved our stay here. Room was not as updated as others but it was clean. Parking was easy and had space for our visitors. We loved the pool area and it was kept spotless daily. And of course the views were amazing. Can't wait to come back.

They were supposed to call or email is when condo was ready. Never heard from them. Had to email after 4:00 then waited for a call back to get our door code

Nice location

Great location and view. The place was great and clean but, toilet didn’t even after maintenance fixed it. The 2 TV in the house are not working not even local tv. It’s a tv mess, maintenance was the for 30 minutes. No paper towels or anything. The info books on the table are old outdated and really tell you nothing. You are on your own at this place. No extra towels, toilet paper etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I rented two units, #301 and #305. #305 was a little nicer than #301 but they were both clean. You cannot beat the view from #305. The elevator is slow, but we were able to take the stairs, so it wasn’t a real issue. The pool is nice and maintained everyday. You cannot beat the view and location. It’s impossible to get any closer to the beach and you can walk across the street to John’s Pass. Would def stay again.

We had to keep taking the lid off the toilet tank and pushing the thing that makes it fill with water. Had to do that at least 15 times during the week. The other thing was the TV. Horrible. Never rented a unit that didn’t have regular tv. The amount of money we pay for rent, there should be regular tv. Never got it to work all week.

I think they could simply say “ thanks for booking with the us” I realize they deal with thousands of guest but generally they make you feelLike you are privileged to book with them. Not sure if they are more into the people they rent the condos for or the guests?
