'The Round House Bungalow' 3B Condo w/ Huge Deck

Charming three-bedroom condo located on Sugar Mountain close to all amenities Sugar has to offer. This condo will make you feel right at home. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV and the gas-burning fireplace for cool winter nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. In the master bedroom, there is a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and in the third bedroom, there are two bunk beds. This condo features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Features:
Free WI-FI.
TV: All the TVs are all equipped with streaming devices that include at least: Netflix and Amazon Prime - Renters utilize their own login.
Living room: Apple TV, Samsung TV Plus, MLB are all logged into. Multitude of "free" channels also.
Master bedroom: Apple TV and Direct TV app are both logged on.
Two other bedrooms have Amazon Prime free channels - no login needed.
Portable air conditioner for use in warm months.
No Smoking
No Pets.
No Check-in on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement emailed to you from Adobe upon booking.
There is limited parking - only one car is allowed

Great Ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient to Sugar Ski Resort. Roundhouse was clean and spacious for me, two teenagers and 11 year old. Only disappointment was the fireplace would not start but the property manager was very responsive and attempted to get the problem resolved. We would stay again in the future.

Loved the place. Super close to the ski and tubing areas.

We loved the place. Each room had it own thermostats which was my favorite. The teenagers loved the double bunk beds. Parking was close to each unit. It was in close driving distance to the ski slopes and tubing area. Not real close to walk those hills though. All the tvs worked with Netflix and plenty of stuff to cook with. We would stay again.

Beautiful comfortable home

Everything was wonderful and we had no issues it was just a little smelly.. It was tolerable, but it just could be better. The fall colors were amazing, the size of the unit was perfect for my family and the kids loved the bunk beds so much. Thanks!

Better than a motel, but the beds were little stiff and the bed tubs had no shampoo. But it was okay, because we brought our own. ^_^

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fun with son, wife and grandson. Grandsons first skiing venture (age 5) enrolled in Sugar Bear full day ski school for 2 days. Great instructors and mountain terrain for his experience. We adults skied both days, not many people for we skied on a Monday and Tuesday. Also did the tubing hill. Downtown was also good and not crowded. The Timbers rental was very good and close to all the mountain offered. Would recommend and use again.

So far so good

Easy and smooth check in. Small issue with door code was immediately solved. Looks like it was closed for a while once there was a smell that disappears after couple of hours. The living room was not as the pictures. Pictures shows a nice couch and there was 2 different ones, quite old. Kitchen is well equipped, everything works. Towels are old and should be replaced to more comfortable ones. The location is very good. I also wish they could leave more consumables such as paper towels and sanitary papers of better quality. Buy water - there is no filter of water in the refrigerator door. I gave 4 stars because I was expecting more for the price we paid.

Great location!

The location is great if you are skiing on sugar mountain. All the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We did have a few issues while we were there. Most of our issues were resolved, but not all. - wifi was incorrect so we had to wait until the next day to resolve. - neither TV worked initially. They got the main TV working but the master TV was missing a chord, so it was not fixed while we were there. - very icy going down to the unit but was resolved by mgmt company putting some brine mix down. - pilot light needs to be replaced in fireplace because the fire kept going on and off. I mentioned these issues when I checked out, but the lady at the counter didn't seem too concerned because she wrote nothing down. Hopefully these are all resolved before the next people check in. It is a great location and if everything was resolved, we would stay here again!

Great location, needs work

The location of this property was fantastic, but it had a clear moisture issue as evidenced by mold in the ceiling of the living room. There were cedar sachets in every room to help with any smell, I think. We were also only given a single parking pass for a place that sleeps 8. When I called to ask for another (as we arrived after 5pm) we were told we would have to park one car at the rental agency. (Also a silly requirement to “pick up keys” when I merely picked up a code that could have been emailed) The unit itself was clean enough, and we’ll equipped though beds could have been more comfortable and the lack of air conditioning should have been more prominent. It could also be why they have a mold problem. It was fine for a quick stay, but we won’t be returning.
