The space
Longer Stay Discount | Parking in the front yard
Over 2,000 square feet, the space is professionally and tastefully designed so you will love to spend time at your home away from home.
If you plan to stay longer, you will notice we have large discount applies to the price when you book.
You can park right in the front yard and close the front gate of the house
Guest access
You will have the entire place.
But be mindful that
1) we have guests staying in the unit in the unit that is adjacent to the backyard, they have their separate entrance.
2)There are also guests staying at guest suite on the side of the main house that shares the front porch and back yard.
3)The washer and dryer is located near back yard, which is also shared with guests staying on the side of the main house.
Guests can self-check in with door codes 24/7.
Other things to note
No smoking. No pets. No Marijuana or drugs of any kind. Violation of the rules may be subject to hefty fines and escorted out by law enforcement
For events/parties, we will need to take a $500 refundable security deposit. If no issues are found after check-out, we will return fully within 1 day of checking out.
The backyard and front porch are shared with other guests staying on the same lot. Please be kind to each other.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and be respectful to neighbors.
