Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay at the Emerald Heart Cottage. We truly appreciate you choosing our home and would be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your kind review and for choosing Emerald Heart Cottage! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and that communication met your expectations. As you mentioned, with our beautiful mature oak trees and Florida weather, leaves can occasionally find their way into the pool between cleanings, but the pool is professionally serviced and maintained regularly to ensure it’s always safe and ready to enjoy. Regarding the interior security camera, we completely understand that guests have different comfort levels. As disclosed in our listing and rental agreement, the camera is not monitored during guest stays and is only intended for security purposes when the home is vacant or in the event of an emergency. We are also perfectly fine with guests temporarily covering the camera during their stay, provided no damage is done to the device. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Emerald Heart Cottage again in the future!
