We could not have asked for a better stay! Matt was such an excellent host, was great on keeping communication with us if something came up, and overall our guests were happy!All of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was a great addition to have during the summer. Great neighborhood, plenty of room for our family. Close to shopping, short drive to the beach. Could use some sod in the back yard. The only thing that would make it better is if it were rite on the beach.

The house was very clean and perfect size for our family. We enjoyed it. Its right across the street from the police department so it felt extra safe and a quick 10 min drive to the beach.

Family getaway

My family of 9 really enjoyed our stay here! It was a perfect space for us to spend time together while visiting my aunt and cousins. We felt very safe with the police department right there. It was the perfect location close to beach and restaurants and Matt was great to work with, very kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. We would definitely stay again.

Jennifer and her guests were a joy to host. She was great to communicate with, took wonderful care of the house, and went above and beyond with the checkout! I would gladly host her again anytime and we hope she makes it back to Pensacola soon.

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house in Pensacola, Florida, and it was truly everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home.The highlight for us was definitely the private pool — it was crystal clear, well-maintained, and such a great bonus after long days at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short drive away, and the sugar-white sand and emerald water made it feel like paradise.We loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked, so cooking meals was super easy, but we were also close to great restaurants and shops when we wanted to go out.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway in Pensacola!

We love spending time with our children and grandchildren, and we are both avid sports enthusiasts. Even though we both have full-time day jobs, we are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The Emerald Heart Cottage has so much to offer! It's a modern style and freshly renovated spacious beach house in Gulf Breeze, (Pensacola) Florida with a large pool and just five minutes from the gorgeous emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. The house sleeps max of 13 people and features four bedrooms including one king size bed, two rooms with one queen each, a kids room with two bunkbeds and a trundle (5 beds total), and a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Take advantage of the fast and free unlimited WiFi, a 75" 4K LED Smart TV in the living room, and 43" 4K LED Smart TV's in every bedroom. Plus a fully stocked kitchen for all your meal preparation and dining needs. It's just 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous emerald waters of Pensacola Beach and a 5 minutes walk to Sunset Children's Park and Splash Pad with playground, skate park, and a fun splash pad for the kiddos. One mile away from the house is another park named Shoreline Park that includes boat launches, public swimming areas, trail systems, and more. This park is perfect for paddle sports, hiking, fishing, packing a picnic, launching your boat, and so much more. You are perfect located by the beach, parks, and beautiful downtown Pensacola shopping. This house truly has it all!
