Welcome to our beautifully updated “pet friendly" beach home, directly across the street from the beautiful Fenwick Island State Park Beach. Enjoy our brand new hot tub! This home is perfect for families looking to escape their busy everyday life and relax in a serene coastal setting. With ample space to accommodate up to 10 guests and a max of 2 dogs, our home features all the amenities you need. Spend your days lounging on the beach and soaking up the sun, then return home to views and unwind in the peaceful ambiance of "Seas the Day" beach house.

Where you will sleep: Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and futon. Bedroom 3 has a twin over twin day bed and futon. Bedroom 4 is our bunk room with a twin over full and a bonus queen bed. Linens provided.

The kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious family meal . Our coffee fans will enjoy our espresso maker with creamers and sugar stocked for your convenience.

Living space: With views for days and an extremely comfortable sofa, you'll be tempted to stay in and relax.

Other things to note: We provide 2 beach wagons, 5 chairs, 3 boogie boards and beach toys for your enjoyment. **The community pool is closed from the end of Labor Day weekend to Memorial weekend.

We partner with a bike rental company as well as linen companies! If you are interested in either, please let us know!

if you need help with your beach equipment or setting up tents, there is a local service available. ask us for more information if interested.

**Enjoy our tennis court, also set up for pickleball—just bring your own gear!**

**We have 2 security cameras on the outside of the home for safety. They are motion sensor activated and will record when motion is detected. ** 100% refund 60 days before check-in

This house is decorated in a really playful and lively manner. It is a great place to hang out and enjoy its' amazing views, and it's a short walk to the ocean. The hosts are VERY responsive too. We highly recommend this property!

Great weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay over a holiday weekend. We were only four adults, so there was ample space, but the location was ideal and the home exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful stay in Fenwick!

Rebecca’s property is absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our stay here with extended family. There are plenty of toys for children. We especially appreciated the use of the beach toys and beach gear! The sunsets were one of the highlights of our stay! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great for the family

This was a great place to stay for a trip to Fenwick and Bethany. The house had plenty activities for the kids to do for any time we weren’t out, and they loved the neighborhood pool. Don’t miss the sunset from the crow’s nest or the pier! Thanks for hosting us for our wonderful family trip.

Gem of a house and beachside neighborhood!

My family and I stayed for a handful of days at this wonderful beach house in Fenwick Island, and we certainly wish we had more time here! The main living space is very clean, well appointed and cozy, and the nearby wraparound deck is an amazing place to spend time. Going up to the crow's nest upper deck was a treat, especially on breezy summer nights. But the hidden asset of the house is the renovated semi-outdoor den underneath, with a hot tub, TV, games, and plenty of space to spend time. It stays dry when the weather isn't great, and opens up the possibilities of this house. We would stay again!

Quality Property

Very nice, clean, well decorated property. Property manager communicated well & regularly. My only issue is that bed linens are not provided. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Exceptional Property

Exceptional experience. Amazing location close to beach and great restaurants. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Beautiful deck to watch the sunset. Host made sure we got in to the house and had everything we need. Hope to be back soon!

Loved it!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. First, Rebecca was a wonderful host and immediately responsive to any questions. Easy check in. House was immaculate and very comfortable. Great deck space. The small neighborhood was very nice. Quick walk to beach, with all beach necessities stored downstairs. The coffee bar was a big hit!! Lots of TVs! We loved location as right between were all the action happens, but so easy to get to everything. Great stay!

Wonderful Property!

Me and my husband stayed her to attend the Oceans Calling music festival. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood except for the traffic on the Coastal Highway. Beautiful views of the bay and right across the street from the ocean, can’t beat that. The deck is a great place to relax or even invite a couple people over to enjoy. If the weather would have been nicer we would have done that. Love the layout and decor of this home! The house was very clean as well. Overall 5 stars!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location!

I wish I had more time to stay at this beautiful home! My family and I were looking for a quite place for our gateway weekend. This was a perfect location, everything is close by. The house has everything you need to make yourselves comfortable and the house was clean and neat. The ocean is steps away from the property. We enjoyed the nice Balcony and big deck while watching the sunset!. My family and I will definitely come back next time we visit Fenwick beach. Last but not less important, the communication with Rebecca was exceptional!! Love ! Love the house!

Wonderful Week!

From the moment I started looking into the house until after we left, Rebecca was amazing with her prompt responses to my questions. It is situated nicely on the bay side but just steps to the beach in one of the quiet areas of Fenwick, but close enough for all the action. When we arrived the house was immaculate and so inviting. The decor and furniture made it feel so beachy but with the comforts of your own home. We loved the open floor plan so we could all be together at once. The beds were very comfy and we had no issues with the house all week. There was also ample deck space and a good view from the top sitting area. We would definitely visit again and recommend this house completely. Thanks Rebecca!

Beachy Getaway

We had a long weekend away, and were able to bring along our furry family member too. The house was very clean, open bright across the street from the ocean and the amazing beach, which was absolutely beautiful. At the end of the street was an awesome little pier with the views of the bay. The house was supplied with “extras” like bathmats, hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, and conditioner. (I always pack this stuff when vacationing bc it’s not been offered.) I love the desk vanity, and sitting in the deck taking in the warm sunshine . The host was very accommodating and available for any questions, and responded quickly. Great getaway!

Review post stay

Rebecca was very receptive host. Easy check in and check out. Home extremely clean, kitchen well stocked. Tennis court and pool 3 houses down. Walk across route 1 to beach access takes about 5 minutes. Appreciated beach chairs and shade tent that Rebecca provided. Our dog loved sunbathing on the large, multilevel front porch. Only downside for our family was that AC didn’t appear to work as well to back 2 bedrooms. Rebecca attentively said she’d look into that after we checked out. The master bedroom for some reason was a lot warmer than the rest of the home. Thank you for our stay.
