Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with spacious, family-friendly living areas and two luxurious king suites designed for a restful night after a day in the sun. Thoughtful touches throughout the home make it easy to settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Located just a short walk to the beach, you’ll spend your days enjoying the surf, sand, and ocean breeze, then return to relax in the hot tub or gather with loved ones for a cozy evening together.

The space
• Bedrooms: 4 total | 2 King suites, a kids’ bunk/queen room, and a twin daybed room—plenty of space for everyone.
• Living areas: Open-concept layout with comfortable seating, smart TV, and board games for cozy nights in.
• Kitchen: Fully stocked with modern appliances, an island for extra prep space, and everything you need for family meals.
• Outdoor living: Two decks with direct Bay views—perfect for morning coffee, grilling, or evening cocktails. Outdoor shower for sandy feet.
• Community amenities: Seasonal pool, tennis court (also lined for pickleball), crabbing dock, and walking paths.
Extras we provide: 2 beach wagons, 5 chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and local discount partnerships (bike rentals, linen service, and even beach setup service).

Guest access
Guests have access to the full home (except a few locked owner closets) plus all community amenities. Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
• Linens/towels are included! Rare find in the area.
• No street parking or parking under the house.
• Pets must be approved in advance (30 lbs. or less unless owner-approved) and may not be left unattended. Pit bulls not allowed due to inssurance risks.
• Hot tub rules: rinse before use, cover when not in use.
• Noise monitoring device on site (no recordings).
• Pool is open seasonally. If you have questions, please ask.

**Pets are not to be left in home or yard alone, and pets must be 30lbs or less, unless approved by owners prior to booking and pet fee must be paid. Pets must be leashed any time off the decks and owner is responsible for picking up after them**

**We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking your stay.** there are two cameras on the outside of the house. They are on motion detection and will record.
