This cozy and pet-friendly camp is located on beautiful Keoka Lake in Waterford, within the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! Situated off the beaten path, this an ideal location for a serene getaway with excellent swimming and fishing. Enjoy picturesque sunsets and the tranquility of this calm lake from the enclosed porch or air conditioned main-floor bedroom. The lot is predominantly wooded, with a gradual slope towards the waterfront. The small sandy beach is ideal for swimming and allows for a gradual entry into the lake. There are 2 kayaks and a 13' metal rowboat for you to explore this peaceful lake. Additionally, the dock can accommodate up to a 16' boat. With Bridgton, Naples, Norway, and Oxford just 20 minutes away, and North Conway and Portland roughly 40 minutes away, you're never too far from shopping, dining, and adventure!

2026 Rates: $243/night PEAK season $158/night LOW season

We had a wonderful time at this quiet lake. Property is nestled into the woods, a perfect Maine camp. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming all day. A great place to return and unwind after exploring on day trip adventures. Gorgeous sunsets! Thanks for letting us enjoy and relax!

It's a lovely location with a stocked kitchen, shower and fireplace for chilly mornings. We love kayak rides in the morning and hikes in woods.

This was our first time working with Krainin Realty and it was a smooth, seamless process. The cabin had a lovely atmosphere. The cabin is close to down town Norway with several shops. We missed having an outdoor fire pit but the indoor fireplace was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.
