This cozy, pet-friendly camp is nestled on beautiful Keoka Lake in Waterford, part of Maine’s scenic Sebago Lake Region. Tucked away off the beaten path, it’s the perfect spot for a serene getaway, offering excellent swimming and fishing right from your backyard. Enjoy picturesque sunsets and the calm beauty of the lake from the enclosed porch or the air-conditioned main-floor bedroom. The mostly wooded lot gently slopes to a small sandy beach with gradual entry, ideal for swimmers of all ages.

For exploring the lake, two kayaks and a 13' rowboat are available, and the dock can accommodate boats up to 16'. Whether paddling, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water, this camp delivers a true Maine lakeside experience. Conveniently located, Bridgton, Naples, Norway, and Oxford are just 20 minutes away, with Portland and North Conway roughly 40 minutes, giving you easy access to shopping, dining, and local adventures.

We had a wonderful time at this quiet lake. Property is nestled into the woods, a perfect Maine camp. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming all day. A great place to return and unwind after exploring on day trip adventures. Gorgeous sunsets! Thanks for letting us enjoy and relax!

It's a lovely location with a stocked kitchen, shower and fireplace for chilly mornings. We love kayak rides in the morning and hikes in woods.

This was our first time working with Krainin Realty and it was a smooth, seamless process. The cabin had a lovely atmosphere. The cabin is close to down town Norway with several shops. We missed having an outdoor fire pit but the indoor fireplace was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.
