Perfect house for ski or lake vacation.
LARGE log cabin, spacious 3 level ski chalet with plenty of room for a large family, 2 or 3 families. Cabin sits on 3.5 acres. Our privately owned dock on beautiful serene Kezar Lake, great for fishing, kayaking, boating, is a 5 minute walk from the cabin. For those with mobility issues, you can drive & park 2 vehicles at the dock. Quiet and secluded in the White Mountains yet convenient to North Conway, NH, Fryeburg, ME, and Bridgeton, ME. Access to ITS80, snowmobile trails. Ideal for a vacation at the lake, weekend ski trips, snowmobile trips, close to Pleasant Mt. (Shawnee Peak) & Mt. Cranmore, and 55 min to Sunday River.
Open concept cabin with additional living area in basement. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of inside and outside space, board games, DVD library, Wi-Fi, firepit, outdoor furniture, 2 grills, 2 decks, automatic generator, & wood burning stove. 3 kayaks, 2 canoes & life vests in all sizes on site for guest use.
Linens provided and dogs welcome.

We had an amazing stay-cation at this property. Lori was an awesome host and super responsive to any and all questions we had. This house was even bigger than we had pictured. We hope to stay here again soon!

The cabin is awesome with a huge living room and great wood stove. Location is beautiful, and great for skiing at Pleasant Mountain. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Only issue was a fair number of seed bugs in the upstairs bedroom. Not a big deal, but bothered out kids sufficiently that they wouldn't sleep there. Probably just needs a quick visit from the exterminator.

Perfect Family Vacation

Get away vacation

The house and location were great! Our group consisted of ages 4-77. Our family had a great time at the docks teaching the little ones how to fish and enjoying the evenings in a peaceful atmosphere. There are nice restaurants in the area along with a few attractions. Had a great time! Our host was wonderful and helpful!

House was beautiful! Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Lori was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We got an ice storm on the day we were supposed to leave, and could not check out on time due to the conditions of the roads. Lori was very caring and helped us problem-solve while putting safety first. If anyone stays in the winter months when there is potential for storms, I would highly recommend traveling with a vehicle with all wheel or 4 wheel drive. But as I mentioned, the host was wonderful and the place was beautiful!

We rented this property for a quick Columbus Day weekend trip. The property was beautifully maintained, and the hosts were very timely in answering any and all questions that we had. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway…this is the spot for you.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our family... and even the pups got to join. Host was very communicative and accommodating. The space was perfect for all of us and it was close enough to everything that we wanted to do but still remote enough to enjoy the sceneries. Would definitely recommend and return again!

Summer Vacation

The house was great, the property manager was very responsive and friendly. The only issues were flies as you turn into the driveway and that the dock area is a car ride from the house. I thought the dock would be walkable but with the flies that was impossible. We had to get in the car every time we wanted to go down to the dock. But the house itself was perfect, we all fit comfortably and appreciated the baby gates, many bathrooms, and the space.

Beautiful House

Our stay here was great! The house is clean, well appointed and perfectly laid out for a multiple family gathering. Lori was excellent at communicating and very accommodating. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and everything we could need in a rental house.The dock and lake access fell short for us. We had expected to be able to swim and fish there but it was too mucky and buggy for our group. Lori did point us in the direction of a local beach about 15 minutes drive that we were able to utilize for swimming. Besides this one preference, we would definitely stay again or recommend this for an excellent vacation!

Great winter getaway!

We had a great long winter weekend at this property. Caught some fish on the lake and stayed cozy by the wood stove.The house is spacious, comfortable, well laid out, and great for families! The host clearly cares about their renter's experience. Very thorough communication and was stocked with all the kitchen essentials, games, movies, sleds (and looks like summer stuff too), and even more things I wouldn't expect from your average rental. The only two things to note are the house is not exactly on the lake, it is a short walk with it's own access point, and yes, there are a few places that the house could use some care, but nothing concerning that would make me question renting it again!

Great 3 generation vacation spot

This house has an excellent floor plan for a 3 generation get away - 3 floors with living spaces, each with a full bath. We put grandparents on main floor, parents and younger children upstairs (2 queens & bunkroom), teens on the lower level (2 bedrooms). Great outside deck - again with enough space so different generations can have their own spaces. Swimming in Kezar Lake was just what we hoped for - warm water and quiet part of the lake. Dock has been improved since one of the earlier comments. Hosts are excellent communicators.

Good house for large family

House was great for the 12 of us who stayed here. The path to the lake was overgrown, it wasn't useable and we took a longer walk on the road to get there, and the dock was in need of some attention as it didn't extend to the land and required a walk into some muck to use it. Also, the wifi was slow and cell service was minimal therefore please keep that in mind. Outdoor areas were great. We used the grill and firepit each night and never ate a meal outside the house. Large fridge and dishwasher was used quite a bit. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the house had more than enough pillows, lines, and towels.

We greatly appreciate all the feedback on what is great at our home, and what we can change or improve. That is wonderful to hear that guests are enjoying the new deck, new outdoor furniture and grill, and the new firepit area. Also, wonderful to hear that the house is comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, we have had so much rain this year that the lake level has been unusually high, causing the area in front of our dock to pool water. We are aware of the issue and working on possible solutions that we are able to do on the land. Wifi is another issue that we have been looking for ways to improve. The lake and our home are surrounded by beautiful trees, but unfortunately cell service is spotty. We currently have 2 internet providers with 2 wifi networks at the house, but we specifically added the satellite to provide higher speed for those guests who need to work remotely from the house. We greatly appreciate all the feedback, as we will look into possibly changing one or both of the internet providers for more efficient service.

Great place

Our family of 11 had a wonderful week at Lori’s place on Kezar Lake. The house set-up with the dining, kitchen and living area in one great room was perfect for us all. There were plenty of beds and the grandkids loved the bunk room. The beds were all made up when we arrived, it was very clean and the AC was on to cool off, as it was a very hot week. The extra fridge in the basement area was a huge help. My son and his partner stayed down there with the dog and it was perfect for them with a living area, a bathroom and bedroom with beds to spare. The porch was nice in the morning ,when it was cool , where we’d have breakfast, but it was so hot in the afternoon and evening that we couldn’t use it after that. The lake was a short walk away and we literally stayed in almost the entire day, all week. We kayaked, canoed, and paddle boarded as well as just floating in our tubes. I highly recommend using a kayak or canoe to explore the Sucker Brook area of the lake. We saw Great Blue Herons, Eagles, Loons, and in the past, Sandhills Cranes. Lori was very prompt communicating with us and she is an absolute delight! We are already signed up for next year.
