Welcome! The developer sold this Villa, 1304 as a Premium Ocean View. Our photos show the villa's breathtaking views. The "Lands End" rocks are visible from our deck and cannot be seen from the Villas on the other side of the resort. Upon your arrival and check-in, the friendly and professional staff will lead you to your villa so you can begin your relaxing vacation worry-free. With only three other units between you and the ocean, this villa is ideally situated and boasts unmatched views of the Sea of Cortez, the landmark El Arco de Cabo San Lucas (Land's End), and the upper pool. The unit is just far enough back to view the entire pool, without much noise from other guests and kids. The third floor is three floors above the pool level and two floors above the lobby level. There are elevators for easy access to the unit or stairs for a quick trip to the pool and lobby.

The resort has a 24/7 staffed front desk, making this VRBO different than so many. The support staff can answer any questions and can assist with any maintenance needs that may arise. They can assist with items you may need during your stay. All that is needed is to pick up the phone in the villa and dial the operator. An onsite doctor and 24-hour medical service are available.
We also provide a local guest ambassador, who is not affiliated with the resort to ensure your vacation will be a memorable one. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will be introduced. If desired, you can be provided with contacts for activities, get a personal tour of the resort, and have groceries and beverages stocked in the Villa before your arrival, for a small fee.
This Villa has stainless steel appliances, a built-in gas grill unlike any other unit, on the patio that is unique to our Villa (see photos) granite counters, refurbished stone floors, upgraded flat-screen TVs, and replaced the living room, master and guest bedroom furniture. A fully stocked kitchen comes with all the needed equipment to cook and enjoy a gourmet meal at home. A large pantry in the kitchen and a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Housekeeping services are also available. The Air Conditioning has three separate controls for each living area.
The white sands of Cabo's Medano Beach are only a few steps beyond the lower pool where your lounge chairs are waiting. If the beach isn't your thing, two pools and multiple hot tubs offer relaxation surrounded by tropical landscaping. A pool Butler will be on duty. Towel service, lounge chairs, and umbrellas make for the perfect day in the sun. There are many options for food and refreshments at the pool and beach. Waiters can provide food and beverage service directly to your lounge chair or there is a swim-up bar in the lower pool. La Parrilla is a casual, pool-side cafe that offers a mix of snacks, ceviches, sandwiches, and grilled entrees. The resort offers Concierge service, assisting guests in making tour and restaurant reservations.
The fitness facility is a great asset and has nearly everything your health club does at home; equipped with free weights, weight machines, treadmills, steam showers, whirlpools, showers, and lockers.
The award-winning Desert Spa offers an abundance and variety of services including beach-side massages, facials, and mani-pedis.
The Villa La Estancia Village Mall offers a market, pharmacy, gift shop, ice cream shoppe, deli/bakery, and internet cafe. Everything you would ever need or want is located on-site and just a short walk from the villa.

When Booking our Villa there are two options for any potential damages to the villa. VRBO offers a damage insurance policy to purchase, or you can choose a $1500 refundable deposit, provided there are no damages to the Villa, VRBO will refund your credit card 14 days after departing.
