Almost Nashville studio apartment!

You are arriving today! We just wanted to reach out and let you know we are looking forward to you staying with us. If you need anything before you arrive or if we can help in any way, please let us know. We want you to have a great stay.

When you Arrive:

You can pull up to the back of house (there is an alley that takes you to the garage area) at the garage area to unload. The mailbox is marked 166 in the alley and the garage light is a motion light and will come on if it is dark. There are two keypads on the garage. The one for you is labeled "apartment" (top keypad) on it and your code will be ****. To open garage door enter code then press the enter button at bottom of keypad. This will open the garage door. You will walk straight through the garage and through the door on the other side. Once you go out that door you will make an immediate right turn and you will see a second door with a “Hello Fall” sign on it. We will have the porch lights on. The app on your phone will open the lock or there is a keypad that has the code **** for your stay. Enter the code then press the enter button and it will also unlock the door. Once inside you may want to adjust the AC/Heat to fit your comfort. The remote is on the wall with the windows. Make sure you remove it and stand close to the ceiling unit to make adjustments. You will hear an audible beep for each adjustment. Once you get it set, please return it to the remote holder on the wall. Again, if you would feel better about one of us to show you, please do not hesitate to call and we will be happy to help. The garage parking space is available for a fee but that is your choice. On-street parking is free. Most people park on the street at the end of the alley on Augusta Ave. It is the closest and usually there are plenty of parking spaces there. Again, we want this to be the best experience so just let us know what we can do to help or make it better.
If you have a smart phone, you should get an app invite if you would like to use your phone for your key. It will only work during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Pleasant View! we had no trouble getting into the property, and enjoyed every minute of the stay! its within walking distance to some great restaurants, all of which we enjoyed immensely! Will definitely look this property back up on our next Nashville trip!

This is truly one of the best areas around. You get the perfect balance of convenience and comfort — close enough to Nashville to enjoy everything the city has to offer, yet far enough away to relax in a quiet, cozy setting without the traffic and noise.

One of the things we love most about this neighborhood is its walkable community design. Guests can easily stroll to local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and unique local stores. There’s always something happening here, from weekend concerts and farmers markets to seasonal events and community gatherings that create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

It’s also an incredibly safe and secure area, giving guests peace of mind while enjoying their stay. We love the small-town feel, friendly people, and sense of community that make this neighborhood such a special place to call home.

What makes our property stand out is the combination of comfort, privacy, safety, and location. This is a newer upscale studio apartment, completed in 2023, and thoughtfully designed to provide a clean, modern, and relaxing stay. Although the apartment is detached from our owner-occupied home, guests still enjoy complete privacy with their own private entrance through the garage.

The space is especially ideal for solo travelers and working professionals who need a comfortable place to stay while in the area. We often cater to traveling workers and guests needing extended stays of 30 days or more, though we are happy to work with shorter-term stays when possible.

One of the biggest advantages is the neighborhood itself — a safe, well-lit community with a welcoming small-town feel. Guests can enjoy peace and quiet without dealing with the high prices, congestion, and crime often associated with staying in the city, while still being conveniently close to Nashville and surrounding areas. It’s the perfect balance of upscale comfort, convenience, and security.
