Be inspired in this spacious and serene guest suite. This dedicated apartment is located on the lower level of our home and boasts its own private entrance, patio with hot tub and stunning views in every season. Note: Since it is required to walk up and down some stairs to access the Guest Suite, this property would not be best for someone who has difficulty navigating stairs. Located between Ashland City & Pleasant View, where you will find convenient access to stores and restaurants. Only a 30 minute drive from all that Nashville has to offer including Broadway entertainment, concerts, Tennessee Titans football or Predators Hockey and so much more. After enjoying all this entertainment, escape the hustle and bustle of the city to our relaxing, peaceful hillside views from the hot tub. Enjoy cooking in the fully outfitted kitchen and hanging out with your family and friends in the living room with Wi-Fi and a 65 inch TV. Each bedroom also has a TV to watch as you relax in the comfy beds.

The host was absolutely amazing and hospitable. Every extra amenity was well organized and thought out. The hot tub was amazing and all the extra toiletries were so convenient. My favorite part was the spice/ seasoning drawer and the tea selection. I also enjoy the beautiful scenery. I thank the host so much for sharing this property.

Absolutely a perfect reprieve 30 minutes outside of Nashville. Amanda is so caring, warm, welcoming - she nailed every detail and has inspired me as a hospitality professional to the core.Thank you so much. It is perfect for families, couples, we felt comfortable, relaxed and welcome. the guest house is clearly cared about deeply and the view is stunning. Cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, clean property, very serene! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of back up supplies and a well thought out guide book! We had a great time!

From the moment I entered, it was quite apparent that every little detail was thought out, to make myself feel not on welcome, but completely comfortable. Everything, from the view, to the hot tub, to the responsiveness of Amanda, when it came to helping me out, was A, and I would gladly return here again when I visit the area.

Well appointed & peaceful!

They have thought of everything! This place is super clean and has special touches throughout! Beds & linens were comfortable. Hot tub was great. The location is perfect for visiting Nashville if you want to escape the city in the evenings….only a 25 minute drive to tranquility!

It is obvious Amanda loves to be a host. I have rented almost 30 different properties over the years and I have not ever had so many small extras available during a stay. She even had homemade sourdough bread waiting on us!! The space is gorgeous and has such a clean beach vacation feel but you’re in the mountains!! Such a clean crisp feeling from the minute you step through the door (-: You will not be disappointed!! We will be back to see the new additions they are planning for the future!! Renters ages 53,52,18 and our ShihTzu

I was raised in Nashville but left to live in NW Ohio when I married Todd. We raised our family in Bryan, Ohio living there for 40 years but regularly visited my parents in Ashland City. We eventually knew that we wanted to retire here, but couldn’t wait until retirement. So In 2022 we moved up our timeline and came to TN. We enjoy sharing what we love about our home.

We love living between Pleasant View and Ashland City for the small town vibes and because we are conveniently located 30 minutes from Nashville and all it has to offer. We enjoy the peaceful countryside and scenic views in every season. We have a quiet neighborhood and lovely neighbors.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The VIEW! The house is located on a ridge overlooking the historic Sycamore Valley. Fall, winter, spring and summer each season has a beauty all its own. We are thankful each day for the views outside our windows.
