Luxury property with attention to details. Location is wonderful. Close to the action, but tucked in and quiet. All the little things you need to enjoy the beach. And very attentive concierge should you have questions or needs.

First class!!

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed in this same property. If you’re looking for a first class stay and experience, look no further. The property is located in a great place, it’s extremely clean and nice, and the owners make it extra special! We love Graz Sea and will be back next year!

what a wonderful experience!

Our stay at **Graz Sea** in Watercolor was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, pools, shops, and restaurants. What truly made this experience exceptional was **Taylor with Barton Beach Rentals**. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Taylor was incredibly kind, responsive, and communicative. Every question was answered promptly, and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and stress-free. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and highly recommend both Graz Sea and Barton Beach Rentals. We can't wait to come back!

The home was beautiful!!! We had a really nice time. We will be returning. Everything you would need was already in the home. From beginning to end, everything was wonderful. Taylor was great and so were the ladies for check in and check out!

I can not say enough good things about the communication and the treatment we received. I have been going to the beach every summer now for over 30 years and this was by far the best experience all around that we have ever experienced. The house speaks for itself, it is immaculate. But the communication, from booking to arrival and then check out, was incredible. And the bag of goodies received upon arrival was above and beyond anything we expected. I will stay with them every time I come to the beach from now on. Barton Beach Rentals is the epitome of customer service. No one does it better or even comes close. Thank you!!

Best place ever

We had 12 family members and had the best time, we will definitely be staying here again. Excellent communication, very prompt, beautiful clean home, convenient to everything. We had a wonderful time!! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place

Pictures were beautiful online, and delivered in reality. Beautiful home and gorgeous community. Drive-ability was impressively and easy to navigate. Home met all our families needs which says a lot for our toddler aged kids who had a blast. Would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future.

Beautiful home! We had a wonderful time and everyone (multigenerational family of 8) was very comfortable with plenty of room. The hosts were excellent and were always available to answer our questions as a first time watercolor visitor. We would love to come back to this beautiful home!

Perfect Location

The property was amazing! It was beautiful and very comfotable.The location was close to everything. Beach, pools, restaurants, shopping etc... I like this area of watercolor better than our last stay. Will definitely book again.

Elegant relaxing

Gaza Sea was perfect for our family. Comfortable and clean. We played scrabble and did some reading but mostly enjoyed talking to each other.

Pros: - house was very well appointed with laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee pods, stevia/sugar, etc - kids needs - stroller, car seats, kids cups/plates/forks, high chair, books, games, etc - we didn’t need but noticed these in the house which is super nice if you do need them - beds were comfortable Cons:- the property manager texts you multiple times prior to your stay and also wants to have a phone call with you including the property owner prior to your stay - they want your drivers license and auto insurance to drive the golf cart - they want to come meet you upon check in to the house - they have air tags on their golf cart and golf cart keys and your phone will be constantly reminding you that there is an unknown air tag following you which is incredibly creepy - they have ring doorbells on the front door and the back porch door which leads you to believe they’re watching and listening to you due to all of their other overbearing antics.. and then you wonder if perhaps there are cameras inside somewhere??Unsolicited opinion - they should remove 75% of their decor when renting to just avoid it being damaged or moved. Even better - just don’t rent out your house. All that to say - for the price and the space, I’d honestly just rent a different property. There are many, many other houses with the exact same space and a golf cart that are just as nice, similar price, and nothing creepy or overbearing about the owners or property managers.

Hi Lauren, We're so glad you enjoyed your vacation on 30A. We did want to respond to a few points for the benefit of future guests. AirTags: Our bikes are equipped with AirTags solely to locate them if they're lost or stolen, which happens more often than you'd think. This protects our guests from being charged for an expensive replacement. They are never used to track anyone's movements. Cameras: The Ring doorbells on the home are not operational and never have been. VRBO requires hosts to disclose any active cameras, and our listing doesn't mention any because there are none. If they were a concern, we would have gladly addressed it during your concierge walkthrough or at any point during your stay. Communication: Watercolor, our HOA, VRBO, and our insurance all require us to collect certain information before and during a stay, including amenity band counts, driver's licenses for anyone operating the street-legal golf cart, and signed rental agreements. We also responded to your requests for photos of the new golf cart and for an extended stay. Our onboarding call covers the Watercolor rules and how everything in the home works, so guests aren't interrupted once they've settled in. Décor: The home's decorations are shown throughout our VRBO listing photos, which you reviewed before choosing to book with us. We understand décor is a matter of personal taste. We always encourage guests to look over the photos carefully so they can select a home that fits their preferences. We're happy the stay went well enough that you chose to extend by an extra day, and we wish you the best on your future travels.

Family vacation

We had a fabulous stay! The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The location was great, with easy access,using the fabulous golf cart, to all Watercolor has to offer. Beds were comfortable. Showers were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch - lounged daily there on the over sized porch swing. Having the 2nd refrigerator was so appreciated!

Incredible Home and Hospitality

This home exceeded the quality of any 30A rental we’ve had previously. The service level of the property manager was also amazing. You’ll have no regrets if this is your choice. Other than misinformation about reserving WC beach chairs, everything was perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this lovely home again!

Highly recommend!

Loved this property!! Smooth process from making the reservation to checking in. Owner was very attentive/responsive. Property under promised and over delivered!! They had everything we could possibly need (except a 9x13 pan and a cheese grater!) Tons of pool/beach toys the kids enjoyed. The golf cart and bikes were totally enjoyed as well! We would totally rent this house again! Note: We caused a little damage to a towel rack but the owner did not overcharge us to fix.

Great for families with young children and babies

We had a great time staying at this property, would definitely return. We have a 5 months old baby and also wanted to include our dog in the tip since she is part of our family too. It was our first trip to WaterColor and we loved it! I was able to text about a few minor issues and they responded quickly and resolved all issues. Jess was there to welcome us when we arrived and was super helpful in explaining all of the amenities, the parking, the beach closet, the bikes. The golf cart was fun to drive around and very convenient. We loved the porch swings; it was so relaxing to sit on them every morning and at night after dinner. This house truly has everything.
