We are sorry to hear about the discomfort with the sofa bed, the shower setup, and the elevator issues, as well as the challenges your grandchildren faced with limited activities and pool behavior. Please note that our homes are stocked with standard bed linens based on occupancy, and we understand that during colder weather, additional or heavier blankets can make a meaningful difference in comfort. Please note that we only provide a blanket for the sleeper sofa, and if additional blankets are needed guest will be required to supply their own, as stated in the Guest Portal "What to Bring" section communicated to all guests 20-14 days before arrival via email. Regarding the furnishings, while décor and updates can vary due to the independent owners, guest comfort remains a priority.
