Great stay at Pinnacle Port! We loved being on the first floor so we didn't have to deal with the elevators in the building when we didn't want to. The unit was very clean with lots of touches to make it homey. We used all the beds and everyone said they were comfortable. There was a building wide issue with the air conditioning when we were there. The management company was great with communicating with me and offering us fans or a temporary unit as a solution. Luckily, the issue resolved after a day.

Perfect quiet location and close to many things to do. Our second time staying at Pinnacle Port. Even got to see sea turtle nest and hatching!!

AH-MAZING!

Yā€™all, what a great location. This was a wonderful condo and great views. Loved how every bedroom had their own bathroom. The decor was beautiful. The pool was amazing with a concession stand and live music on the weekends!!. Not to mention, right on the beach. 10/10 recommend.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Pinnacle Port. The area was quite and family friendly and the condo was very clean and cozy with beautiful decor. The only issue that I had was that both mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were too soft making it hard to get comfortable, but if you don't mind a very soft mattress, you will love them:) I would definitely stay again, me and my family made wonderful memories here.

Upon arriving parking was a nightmare, not enough parking for wheelchair access. AC ran all the time but didn't cool the condo. Fans were sitting everywhere but still very uncomfortable. The couch was very dirty and stained, very poor cleaning service. The lower balcony didn't looked like it had been cleaned in a while. We have stayed here before but sadly the family said we will look elsewhere next year. It's a shame because this is a beautiful place.

Wonderful place to stay in quiet Panama City Beach

Lovely, newly remodeled 3-bedroom. Just have to bring you own beach towels, cutting board, spices, dish soap and scrubbies if you want to cook there while you stay. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Very clean, rooms are spacious! Would have preferred to have a more inclusive list of what was included in the condo and a map of the property.

Awesome Condo

The condo is absolutely beautiful and a great size too. All the beds were comfy and TVs in every room. We have friends that live in the same complex and they loved it too. Owners should be aware of a few maintenance issues that were not fixed while we were there but that's on the management company. Was not a deal breaker though. The complex was very nice and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!!

The staff from Book That Condo was tremendous. The high level of communication ensured that everything was in order and made our trip carefree. Perfect Location

We had a great time! The location of this condo couldn't have been more perfect, especially since the elevators were a hot mess. The beach was beautiful This condo had stairs which I was not aware of. I would include that as older people may struggle with them. The low ceilings were almost a problem for my over 6" husband. I was surprised to see how deep the pool was in the shallow end, also.

I believe it was renovated after the negative reviews were published. The only negative thing I can say is there was no dining area and no closet space upstairs. Considering we ate out every night and at lunch at the beach, the dining situation was no problem. We also stored our suitcases under the bed which was a little hassle but nothing major.

Overall a good trip and close to the beach. Comfortable house. Close to things to do and eat. Easy access to everything. Needed to be a little cooler in the house. It stayed around 75 did have fans but needed to be a little cooler. Had difficulty with the dryer but they are working on getting it looked at. Comfortable furniture.

Lovely Beach Condo

Excellent trip to the gulf! Lovely place. Beautiful beach themed decor. Clean. Excellent location, easy room access for running in and out to the beach. Great to walk through Carillon each morning for a little exercise. Would love to have a Norwex dust mop available to keep up with the sand a little easier. Jesus is coming soon!! Know Him. If he doesn't rapture us soon, we will definitely return to 115A Pinnacle Port. ā¤ Thank you for sharing your beach condo.

good location, just not clean

The place was dirty when we got there, so the cleaning was not good. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the couch was extremely stained, the ceilings had mold and the vents had mold and all of us were stuffy/sick from the mold. Overall, the place was just very nasty and not clean.

Nice but damp

The condo was very nice and decorated beautifully. Completely updated. However, the air ran continuously and never got below 74 degrees the whole week, we all had to use fans the whole time we were there. The condo just felt very damp the whole time. There was a dehumidifier that we tried to use but it just produced more hot air. Overall, it was well equipped and fit our needs even if it was a bit warm inside most days.

The unit was fine, but the pictures are very misleading. The layout was weird, too. The only balcony (which was very small) that overlooked the beach was in the master bedroom, which made it hard for everyone to enjoy. The building was TERRIBLE. it smelled moldy, had lots of water damage from ceiling leaks, and was rundown.

Book a different condo for the summer.

Property managers were responsive at first however communication was less responsive later on. The condo is hot - unit will not get colder than 74; it blows cold but not enough vents to cool the condo. This unit has zero ceiling lights and ceiling fans for the living room and bedrooms. If you enjoy turning knobs for some light than this is your condo. The fans are little units. Cleanliness - sand in the balconies, floors were dirty. My feet were brown after walking bare foot. I borrowed a broom from from another housekeeper to sweep off the balconies. I was told that this is not a hotel.. duh so I hope one trash bag does you will for a stay of 5 nights. They will not bring you more. Check in - room was not ready till 5:56; most condos Iā€™ve stayed at will let you use the condo pool and amenities while you wait. This one did not. Book through pinnacle port directly - they have staff on-site that are willing to help, and make your stay enjoyable. Super friendly folks unfortunately I booked through Book that condo management in VRBO app. Near the beach and quiet area. Will not stay here again.

While the location of this condo is absolutely gorgeous, The condo itself needs some TLC!

Give the price point you would expect to have higher end amenities included. The condo would not be well suited for 8 people would be exceptionally tight in the main spaces. So while it may sleep 8, it certainly doesnā€™t seat 8 or accommodate a larger group. - The beds are very old, uncomfortable and they have just added a layer of foam to add comfort which just makes them worse. - There are no spare blankets, throw blankets or other bedding. The beds have a simple duvet which is uncovered which looks cheap and unclean. - The pillows are all different with random cases. - The kitchen is very basic - and has very limited items- all of the dishes are melamine and very old and used. Some of the bowls are cracked, the fridge doesnā€™t adequately cool so be very careful with your food. - Condo didnā€™t feel clean upon arrival, all of the light fixtures and baseboards are exceptionally dirty. Floors felt dirty, everything just a lick and a promise and cheaply tossed together. - Read the listing carefully, the two main primary bedrooms are upstairs if you have bad knees or small children this may not be an option for you. - Water pressure is deplorable through the suite, main level bathroom is the only one with water pressure. - There are no chairs, lawn chairs or beach chairs to take to the ocean! The windows are all tinted with a really cheap black shade protector over the windows that are bubbling - Given the price point commanded with this place I wouldnā€™t stay here again.

Wonderful vacation condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we had ample space. This was one of the best vacations of our life and the Rt condo definitely helped to solidify that. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
