Incredible ski in/ski out property. This is a dream come true with spectacular mountain views. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is an amazing mountain property located at the base of Peak 7 ski runs, at the base of the lift, and next to the gondola that can take you to town or across the mountain.

Our condominium sleeps 4 people comfortably! It has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath with two sinks. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The unit has a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you will need to cook your favorite meals, and a separate dining area. The unit has a washer/dryer included. You’ll have an incredibly beautiful view overlooking Breckenridge from your private balcony, a stone fireplace, flat screen TV's in both the living room and the bedroom, and the finest furnishings throughout. There is a full-sized Master Bathroom with shower, toilet and single sink vanity which can be closed off from separate double sink vanity and tub area. This unit will sleep 4 comfortably with the king size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. And covered parking!

The large living room has a gas fireplace and large screen TV, as well as a private balcony to step outside on and catch some fresh mountain air! The kitchen provides table service for eight and necessary cooking dishes to make a wonderful meal if you so desire. There are 6 chairs around the dining table and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. So plenty of room for everyone! Also, our unit comes with a parking space in the heated underground garage. Just ride the elevator up to your floor! And ski lockers to make your skiing experience very simple and smooth! Just grab your skis or snowboard, walk out the door, strap in, and off to the lift!

Then, after a great day on the mountain, enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and aquatic area with hot tubs!
