This home is located in San Diego's Golden Hill area, which is the corridor to San Diego’s most desired locations like North Park, South Park, Downtown, Gaslamp district, Coronado, beaches and the San Diego Zoo!

Golden Hill is the best neighborhood because you can walk to everything you might need. An amazing natural foods grocery store called Krisp (it's like a small version of Whole Foods) is located just about 50 meters from this home. You can walk to grab some baked goods for breakfast from an amazing Mexican bakery right next to the grocery store (it has amazing donuts, muffins, empanadas and more!) or head to the local diner cafe called Golden Hill Cafe. You can also walk to Dark Horse and grab San Diego's best cup of joe or tea. In addition, for dinner, make your way to restaurants such as Counterpoint (has very original cocktails!) or Kingfisher for really great food and that "San Diego" vibe. Turf Supper Club restaurant is also a great steakhouse option where you can grill your own meat. Or head to Luigi's Pizzeria for delicious slices and great salads! If you are in the mood for authentic Mexican food, choose any of the local Mexican eateries such as Humberto's, Los Reyes or El Rey. If Thai food is what you're needing, then search no further, 55 Thai has got you covered! All these restaurants are within walking distance and that's just in Golden Hill! If you want to take your pet on a walk or take the kids to the park, we recommend walking 2 blocks down to Golden Hill Park. We recommend going at sunset so you can view the entire San Diego skyline as it sets in the west. You go for a good 15 minute walk to Grape Street Dog Park to let your pooch off leash. For your kids, there's also a 10 minute walk to 28th Street Playground.
