This lovely home away from home is located approximately one and a half miles from Whitecap Beach. Just around the corner is Don & Sandy Billish Park, which includes a walking path, sand volleyball, basketball court, playground, and covered picnic areas - it's great for family fun!

The main floor is set up to include an open-concept kitchen equipped with a Keurig ready for morning coffee, and a dining and living room with a 65-inch smart TV. Your private balcony overlooking the community pool provides you with a great seating area where you can lounge, rest, and plan your next adventures while keeping an eye on your kiddos in the pool. The laundry is conveniently set up on the second floor, right by the bedrooms. The main bedroom also has a cozy sitting area and two sinks in the en suite bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
