Park City Motherlode F is located in the heart of Park City where access to the Town Lift and Historic Main Street less than a 3 minute walk from your front door. Not only will you be close to the resorts, this opulent home is walkable to shops, world-class restaurants, and all of the exciting nightlife downtown has to offer. If needed, the free shuttle stop is also nearby, so you can easily get around the area to enjoy everything Park City and the surrounding area offers.



The cozy home features 982 square feet, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to to sleep up to 5 guests. When you enter the home through front door, you'll step into the main living area, kitchen and dining areas.


Living Room: This room boasts beautiful leather furnishings, LG smart TV, gas fireplace, convenient bench and clothing hooks, and work desk.

Kitchen: Fully Equipped Kitchen with GE appliances, stone countertops and table for four.

Perfect location. A few minute walk to town lift and all the restaurants, bars, art galleries in town. Can ski down Quittin time and get almost back to the place. Good communication with the rental company. Parking was easy, although it’s a 3 story walk up to lug your stuff! The sheets didn’t seem totally clean, had some hairs in the bed. The floor in the one bedroom is super squeaky.

Great Park City location

We travel to Park City for skiing every year. We have stayed in other Motherload units, but this one is the nicest yet. Very nice renovation with open floor plan from the kitchen. The unit has added a washer and dryer which is also very nice so you do not have to go downstairs to the garage level and use the washer and dryers in the common locker/laundry room. A big plus on frigid nights. the owner has a ski rack at the front door and there is a rack built into the wall at the back door. We found leaving our boots and skis outside the back door to be easiest. Leaving out the back door there are no steps and a short walk down the street to the town run where you can catch the town lift. Fantastic dining is easy walking distance. The covered parking also a plus so when you are ready to leave. You will not have to dig your car out of the snow. TV in all the rooms with easy-to-use cable TV. The cleaning staff left the place absolutely spotless. Fantastic place all around.
