House was nice, clean, and very accommodating, only issue was the parking was a little weird, because of shared driveway with neighbor, and we had trailers. We ended up parking at rental office, which was a inconvenience, but made it work

Happy Times!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is gorgeous, clean, up-to-date, quiet area, pool was perfect! We truly enjoyed spending our vacation at Sea Daze! Staff was very helpful & very friendly. I mostly spoke to Robin, great person always friendly & helpful! We will rent from Garden City Realty in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home , great pool, great little neighborhood. Parking was awful. Too tight for parking only thing my family did not like . Make sure you only park under the house when staying here . Other than bad parking it was a great vacation .

Although there are four spaces under the house to park, it does depend on the size of the vehicle, but most should fit comfortably. Please know that we have shared your comments with the property owners and they are looking into what they can do to alleviate your concerns. We hope to see you again next year.

Stay at Seadaze

Though the property inside and outside looked clean ..we had a huge problem with the palmetto bugs on the inside of the house. After calling maintenance, an exterminator was sent out the next day. We didn’t see any more bugs for 24 hours snd then once again they were everywhere. They were crawling on counter tops, floors, one was even in my back pack …after that, we just decided to pack up and left a day early. Loved Surfside Beach but I wouldn’t rent this home again because of the bug problem.

Needs update

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stove really needs to be updated you can’t read what burner is what or the temperature. We had a problem with palmetto bugs and we wanted to move to another house they were in the kitchen. They would not move us only would provide the house to be sprayed with pesticides.

Very clean, beautiful property. Spacious living space in all bedrooms and main area! Even galley kitchen was spacious! Pool is somewhat small, but very doable and a great break from the beach!

Great time at SeaDaze

It was a short walk from the beach. The onsite pool was a definite plus. We will be booking again soon!
