Come stay and have a Night at the Asbury on Hartwell Lake in Anderson SC! Three bedrooms (comfy beds) that sleep 8 people comfortably and two full baths welcome family, friends and Lake Lovers to make new memories. Tie your boats up to a double decker dock and enjoy our beach area in front as well. After a full day on the lake, enjoy your time around a beach fire making s’mores and enjoying a cocktail. Large driveway and front yard invite trucks that have boat trailers. Home is stocked with everything you need to stay a while. Security cameras on site to make sure your vehicles and boat trailers are safe and secure while you are out on the lake. Come and enjoy this cozy little gem thats down the street from the Shores at Asbury where there is a water park and Waterfront grill open serving delicious mexican and pizza, wings and burgers. Walk from the house. Our home is very clean. Greenpond landing can be seen from our dock across the lake. 3 night minimum. No pets.

Weekend on the lake

The house is cozy and inviting. Everything we needed to cook a few meals was available. All beds were comfortable and Nicely made up. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to gather on the lake with family.

Lake House of Asbury

This house was very comfortable for our group of 10 guests (6 Adults and 4 Kids). Communications with the owners was very responsive through the VRBO communications. We enjoyed playing in the water around the dock and fishing in the lake.

Key location

Place was good. Perfect for my bass tournament out of Green Pond. Just a short 4 minute boat ride to the tournament site. Good location to drive to the sites and sounds of Anderson, sc

We had a great stay with a great location!

Check in was very easy and self explanatory. The house was perfect for me and my friends for a fishing tournament. We were able to fit 5 trucks and bass boat trailers on the property and even tie our boats up to the dock overnight which was very helpful. The house was filled with everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. I recommend this property for fisherman groups of 5-10 people.

Fishing Tournament

The home was lovely and fit our needs perfectly for our group of 6 when staying during a HS fishing tournament. There was ample room to park our vehicles and 2 boats, and in a convenient location to anywhere we needed to go. It was well stocked and maintained, and the host extremely responsive and great to work with. The path to the dock is a little hike but so pretty and worth it. The lake view is beautiful and there was a place to sit in the shade and catch the breeze off the water. We also enjoyed time in the beautiful sunroom over looking the wooded area and watching the deer. Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Family getawat

We were looking for a comfortable house to accommodate our family which includes adult children. This house was perfect for our party of 7. The house is well maintained, private but yet close to town and a wonderful feature associated with it is having the boat landing and restaurant 2 minutes away for convenience. We were able to use the dock for our boat and grab meals there so we never had to leave unless by choice. There is a hike down to the water but so worth it when you get there. There's a nice deck for sunning and hanging out.The host family is very prompt with communication and helpful with any questions.

Maria, thank you for the kind words. We are constantly trying to find ways to improve our guest stay. We will be doing a major renovation in the late fall/winter so i hope yall will come back to see what was done. Hopefully, by then will have a guest golf cart so the 150 yards to our beach and dock wont be a hike.
