Restful nights and great beach days are exactly what we want every guest to experience and it sounds like you got just that! We are also so glad you got to enjoy the lovely neighborhood, easy beach access, and the local restaurants. Those are truly some of the best parts of staying in the area. Regarding the golf cart and car situation, the layout of the driveway and house was built as it is, and is unfortunately outside of our control as hosts, but we appreciate your understanding and patience with that. As for the roaches, we want to assure you that we do stay on top of pest control at this home. Being a coastal property surrounded by palm trees, what you likely encountered were palmetto bugs, which are common in the area and tend to come in from outside. We do our best to keep this managed, and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are so glad you had a 10 out of 10 stay overall, and we would absolutely love to welcome you and your group back soon!

If there is ever anything that isn't right with the property or simply not to your liking, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs. Every guest is special! If the bed is broken in any way, we need to know right away so we can fix it. If it is simply too soft, we need the feedback to see if we need to invest in a firmer mattress. As for bedding itself, we keep our homes very well stocked with two blankets per bed. If this is not enough, please let us know and we can bring more if needed. We completely understand how disruptive and frustrating the construction must have been during your vacation, and we sincerely apologize that it occurred during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that the neighboring property would have ongoing construction at all hours. Had we known, we would have taken immediate steps to notify guests and offer alternatives. At the beginning of the year, the construction activity had not reached the level you experienced, so this situation was unexpected for us as well. Once you brought the issue to our attention, we did try to find a solution during your stay. However, we understand that the option we offered wasn’t the right fit for you and your family. Your feedback helped us realize the full impact of the situation, and we are now actively informing future guests and providing alternatives in advance. We truly regret that we weren’t able to resolve this to your satisfaction during your visit. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
