Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 small (hypoallergenic only) dogs will be considered with Owner approval and payment of $150 per pet nonrefundable fee. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am, unless otherwise arranged with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
Please submit a copy of your driver's license to Rental Manager for our records.

All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
