This beautiful home, in The Village of Fernandina, is everything you need for a wonderful staycation. Walk in to the open floor plan with beautiful floors, three bedrooms, and even a fireplace - this house is decorated to the hilt! Enjoy grilling your dinner and sitting out on the lanai to enjoy the peacefulness that surrounds you. This house is centrally located in The Villages and is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the neighborhood pool.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fiftyfive (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME - Only Small Dogs Allowed

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
- Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
- We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.
