The house is light and bright with a fantastic open kitchen, a 7 ft island with seating, and breakfast nook across from the cozy family room with fireplace. Adjacent is a formal dining room and living room, plus a three season TV room that leads to the large paver patio with outdoor kitchen and spacious yard. There is also a convenient 1/2 bath and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor. The second floor has three comfortable bedrooms, plus an office, and two bathrooms. The Master has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a Full-size bed, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (two Twin beds) to accommodate our guests. In the spring, summer and fall, you can enjoy the BBQ and shady trees in the back yard with ample seating and two fire pits, one in the rotunda and one by the brook.

No pets permitted.

Five (5) guests maximum occupancy. If you reserved for 4 guests or less, please know a 5th guest is charged an additional $50 per person per night. Kindly inform us before checking-in and update the reservation with the correct number of guests. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
