You won't be disappointed by this renovated studio condo. The floor plan is open with the entryway setting the tone of a breathtaking view of beautiful Lake Hamiliton. Bright colors inject a playful personality to create a space that will take you away from the hustle and bussle of the world.

1 bedroom, 1 bath comes with studio kitchen that includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed. Relax and stream your favorite TV show or sports , with WiFI. Our adorable condo has great views and the perfect place to fish off of the deck.

The complex has a huge swimming pool overlooking the lake and lots of green space. Two swimming docks and picnic area create a great outdoor space that is an extension of indoor dwelling.

Laundry facilities are located near the condo and 1 covered parking space is included.


Whether you are in Hot Springs to enjoy the live horse races, or gaming at Oaklawn, conventions, hospital business, museums, lakes, fishing, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, or a honeymoon we have a deal for you.

Pet friendly (1 dog, no puppies) with house rules. NO DOGS OVER 12 LB. All dogs must be on leash when on green space.

Small and Cozy

We had a great stay. The location was minutes from everything and located directly on lake Hamilton with a beautiful view. The cottage was small but perfect for a couples getaway.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Nice stay

Located on Lake Hamilton is perfect! Small but cozy condo. Enjoyed bream fishing right off the dock. I do recommend.

Older cottage but tastefully updated with bright colors, hardwood floors, etc.

Gated community was nice...felt safe. Covered parking was a plus. View of lake was nice. All needed items for staying a couple of days were perfect...bedding, towels, kitchen, etc. Very pleased with stay...would likely stay there again!!!

Great place!

Loved this cute little condo! Perfect for the two of us! Loved looking out of our window seeing the lake and sitting on the dock was so relaxing. Very clean inside and out. It is an older condo but we loved that part too! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Relaxing get away...

This little condo is just what we needed for our first time stay in Hot Springs. It is so centrally located to all the sites we went to visit. After a long day of touring, it was nice to come back to the condo and just sit by the window and look out at the lake or take a nice walk and sit by the lake. It was perfect for our needs and that of our little Pommie.

Great Family Vacation!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better little family getaway for us and our 2 little boys. The condo was exactly what we needed and had an absolutely beautiful view! The lake and pool were both perfect for swimming, and everyone we ran into was extremely friendly. My son is already asking when we can return. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! It was a weekend getaway for me and my husband. The cottage was very nice and well decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being right on the water and able to fish. It is a very quiet and peaceful community. This is located so close to everything Hot Springs has to offer! We would love to come back! Definitely recommend for couples!

Very nice and comfortable

We went for a short get away and this place was just what we needed. My 3yr old son as well, as myself, enjoyed the Huge pool, (which was very clean). For me you cannot beat the location. Beautiful view covered parking and not far from anything that you would need. The apartment was very clean as well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

They are commercial/residential builders and have helped many people build on the water of Lake Hamilton and surrounding areas. It is a 3-5 minute drive to shopping such as Wal Mart, Conerstone shopping center, Temperance Hill Outdoor Mall , . There are many restaurants and fast food joints along Central Ave. or Hwy 7. They include but are not limited to: 7-Brew , Starbucks, McAlister's Deli, Osaka Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, The GOAT Restaurant , La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, Chili's Grill and Bar, On the Border Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Road House Restaurant, Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Scoops, Firehouse, and more.

You'll find the perfect combination of relaxing activities and things to do within 10-15 miles of Buena Vista Properties in Hot Springs. Our Convention Center, Summit Arena, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn Park racing and gaming, and fun family attractions such as Magic Springs theme park, the Mid-America Science Museum are a attractions that make our condo in Hot Springs, AR a popular family and couples travel destination.

Watching the sunrise or sunset are two of our favorite ways to spend time at the condo. Simply put, Hot Springs, Arkansas and Buena Vista Condo have it all.
