Would highly recommend this house. It’s a newer build in a great location walkable to many restaurants/destinations and the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, kitchen included all high-end appliances, and the two balconies were a joy to hang out on.

Great location and house worked out great. Parking is really tight, but everything is in that location. Parking on the street is available after sunset. We would stay again.

Beautiful home in a perfect location—it was everything the pictures showed it to be. We had some issues during our stay but the team were highly responsive and solved everything in a timely manner. Parking garage is tight for anything other than a sedan but there is plenty on street parking as well during the week. Quiet area, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to hang clothes for an extended stay. Would stay here again

We had a great stay at this Newport Beach house—being just steps from the beach made it incredibly convenient and hard to beat. The location alone is a huge win, with easy access to everything we wanted to do.The home itself is beautiful and well laid out. The outdoor decks were a highlight—perfect for relaxing, enjoying the breeze, spending time together, and people watching. Parking was easy. The only downside was that some of the lighting in the kitchen and living room wasn’t working, which made those spaces a bit dim at times, but we also didn’t look for the breaker box. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back again.

A beautiful home and very close to all of the fun. It was unfortunate that one of the outdoor heaters did not work. We would suggest that the host offer kitchen towels, additional paper towels and trash bags. Overall, a very nice home.

we stayed in MANY places in Newport Beach and by far this was the BEST. cannot beat the proximity to beach and town. love the decor. extremely spacious. both balconies were PRIVATE! its rare to have two balconies so this was a huge bonus. Top balcony has a great ocean view. Parking was super tight but at least there were not one but two spots! much needed in the summer time. it took us a bit to find the toilettes, ha. they were located in a drawer within the vanity. we stayed for three nights but if you stay longer not sure this will last. there were some beach chairs and a cooler that was left over from previous renters so that was a perk. Bikes did not come with property but super easy to rent in town and its worth it. BOOK BOOK BOOK this place. it is soooo worth it. we loved our stay and will be back. Thank you for such a great time.

This unit is beautiful and well thought out. There was a garage and carport to park in as well as ample parking on the street. Not sure if the summertime would be the same on the street. There are a few minor issues with the Home the two back bathrooms have backed up plumbing in the showers and the microwave oven was not operating. The upper deck was very sandy, but understandable being as close as it is to the ocean. Our group was very comfortable, enjoying the lower patio and indoor outdoor space. I can recommend this place.

Beautiful modern house in a perfect spot to walk to everything but still in a quiet spot of the neighborhood. Everything you need to be comfortable and spread out with 2 ocean (good peek) views balconies. House had some beach chairs and an umbrella which was useful. Ac was nice to cool off on a hot day. Espresso machine was lovely.

Fantastic Property Close to Ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific Spring Break week in Newport Beach at this property. The balconiesmon each floor were fantastic amenities. Decor is modern. Bedding was excellent. Both floors were very clean. Proximity to grocery store, Lido Island shopping and restaurants and of course the beach was perfect. Sara from Burr White was excellent, answering all our questions promptly before and after our stay.
