Unforgettable memories await you at Pisgah Paradise! This 4br/4ba home comfortably sleeps 10. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large balcony with top-of-the-mountain views of the Blue Ridge or sit by the fireplace while you enjoy your meals at the large dining room table. The light-filled living room offers a space to let your daily worries slip away. The bar/game room offers a full bar, fireplace, ping pong table, board games, to ensure you and your guest are never bored! Only 10 miles from picturesque downtown Brevard, and 8 miles from DuPont State Recreational Park where waterfalls, hiking, and biking abound!! This is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and serene vacation in the mountains and clouds!
Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.

While traveling in the mountains and enjoying the amazing views, phone signals can be spotty at times. -

We do NOT have a hot tub at our property.

The Space:

There are four bedrooms in total.
1. Downstairs bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed w/Trundel pull out
2. King Bed on Main Floor
3. King Bed on Main Floor
4. Double Bed Loft Room

There is also a portable crib if needed.

Kitchen:
Large fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and ice maker. Dining room table for up to 8 and bar table. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!

Bathrooms:
Main bath on the main floor— walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Guest Bath on main— shower.
Guest Bath on the second floor- Shower.
Guest Bath downstairs-Shower
All are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.


Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.

Entertainment:
TV in the living room, main bedroom, and bar/game room offer DircectTv service with many movie channels. Multiple board games, card games, an arcade table,and a Ping pong table are offered in the game room.

Outside:
The deck focus is the view, fun, and relaxation! There is a grill, fire table, and large outdoor dining table. The property is on a sloping grade. The deck and a small portion of the backyard under the deck are fenced in.

Fires:
Enjoy the gas fireplace while you dine or the fire table on the deck as you take in the night sky.
Please note the fireplace in the game room may not be used by guests. The dining room fireplace is turned off from May thru September.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas and the home's garage. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck are not tolerated.

We love animals and welcome all good pups! No more than 2 woofers per stay.

We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

VERY IMPORTANT:
If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events are allowed. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and will need to leave if this happens.

Examples:
Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
