Location, Location, Location! This lovely beach getaway is just steps from the beach and boardwalk - a short 2 minute walk. 888 4th Street is a first floor unit. Since we are a first floor unit there's no struggling up lots of stairs with luggage, beach supples and groceries. Our four bedroom, two bathroom house comfortably sleeps 12. Great amenities include an inviting and spacious living/dining/kitchen area. This open and airy house provides lots of room for relaxing, visiting, and eating. The large dining room table is particularly perfect for game nights.

The master bedroom has a new KING bed and master bathroom with a full size shower. Second bedroom with NEW KING mattress. Third bedroom has queen bed for comfortable sleeping. The bedrooms have black out shades so you can sleep in if you wish. The last bedroom has two double/full beds. It sleeps four and has a large cabinet with toys, games and books. Kid love it!

Of course there is central air and each bedroom (and the living room) has a ceiling fan. The hall bath has tub and a huge counter. Both bathrooms are large and nicely decorated for your comfort.

We take great pride in making sure that our house is your home away from home. Our cleaners make sure that you have a immaculate house. We drive down many Saturday during changeover to check on things. We maintain our property with continual refurbishing and upgrades. Many of our tenants return year after year due to the many extras and amenities in this beautiful beach getaway.

888 4th Street is a duplex with first floor convenience and two entrances! Just think, no long steps to climb with luggage or groceries. Add an easy two minute walk to the beach and you have an wonderful place to enjoy your vacation!

You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don;t need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. (Tenants provide sheets.) The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more.

We made this house perfect for families! 888 4th Street has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books. We provide a pack 'n play, high chair, booster seat, bathroom step stool, night lights, outlet protectors and more.

The living room has a 42' flat screen Hi Def Plasma TV and Bluray player. Each bedroom has a TV and some have a DVD player. We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free.

Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for at least three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room has a nice shower surround and a locking door for privacy.

We also own 863 Brighton Place, directly behind 888 4th Street. We recently purchased a third house at 859 Brighton Place (right next door to 863 Brighton.) Both of these other houses are also first floor four bedroom houses. The VRBO listing numbers are 335221 and 601752. This is ideal for large families that need multiple houses!

We rent only to families. Must be 25 to rent. No senior week/prom rentals. Please do not ask. No pets and no smoking. Call or email for additional info.
