Beautifully maintained vacation home! We paint & upgrade annually. Our house is cleaned personally by us each Saturday. We take great pride in making sure that we offer our tenants an immaculate house with many extras and conveniences.

Location, Location, Location! 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of Ocean City with unique shops and wonderful restaurants. Check amenity and activity sections to see all that is available. 859 Brighton Place is a first floor unit, offering first floor convenience. Just think, no long steps to climb and an easy walk to the beach! Quiet, wide street. Very large, covered, partially shaded porch is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. The front porch is totally enclosed, so it's perfect place for little ones to play. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for eating, visiting and game nights.

859 Brighton Place sleeps 12. Our four beautifully decorated bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10. Two rooms have King beds (78"w x 75"l.) One room has a Queen bed. The fourth room has two Full (also known as Double) beds. Room for two more on the queen sleeper sofa.

We have a spacious master bathroom with a full size walk in shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower, two sinks and a large counter for extra convenience.

You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and sand toys are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus a Kuerig coffee maker, electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more. 859 Brighton Place has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books and movies. The living room has a 48" Hi Def flat screenTV and blu-ray player. Each bedroom has a TV and most have a DVD and/or VCR player. We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free.

Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room is located in the garage and has a locking door for privacy.

We also own the house right next door (863 Brighton Place - VRBO listing # 335219) and the house directly behind (888 4th Street - VRBO listing # 335219.) They are both also first floor four bedroom houses. This is ideal for large family groups that need multiple houses.
