Location, Location, Location! Seven houses from and a 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Truly two minutes. I've timed it! Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of Ocean City with unique shops and wonderful restaurants. Check amenity and activity sections to see all that is available.

863 Brighton Place is a first floor unit. Since we are a first floor unit there's no struggling up lots of stairs with luggage, beach supples and groceries. Quiet, wide street.

Our favorite things about 863 Brighton is our large, covered, shaded porch. It is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. Awnings provide added privacy and shade. Table with chairs and lots of additional comfy seating, including rocking chairs. The front porch is totally enclosed, so it's perfect place for little ones to play.

Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for eating, visiting and game nights. Our four beautifully decorated bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10. Two bedrooms have KING beds, One bedroom has Queen and the last bedroom has two DOUBLE / FULL beds. Queen sleeper sofa adds sleeping for two more.

The two and half bathrooms provide extra convenience. The two full baths have large counters and premium shower heads. Master bath shower has TWO shower heads! Private half bath in the front bedroom with a queen bed is perfect for a second couple.

You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. You only need to supply sheets.

Kitchen cabinets were just refinished and we have newly installed quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more.

863 Brighton Place has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books and movies. We are very kid friendly with a high chair, pack 'n play, booster seat, children's bathroom step stool, night lights, outlet protectors. Even less to pack!

The living room has a 42' flat screen Hi Def Plasma TV and Bluray player. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV and most have a DVD player. We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free and included.

Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for at least three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room is tiled and has a locking door for privacy.

We also own the house directly behind - the driveways back up to each other. 888 4th Street is also a first floor four bedroom house. VRBO listing #335219. We recently bought the house right next door (859 Brighton) VRBO listing #601752.

We rent only to families. Must be 25 to rent. No senior week/prom rentals. Please do not ask. No pets and no smoking. Call for additional info.
