The location says it all! Only one block from restaurants,
shopping, the waterfront and boardwalk. Views of the Musical Fountain and Harbor Street. Completely updated in and out! The exterior boasts new siding, windows, covered porch, patio, and driveway. The interior is beautifully decorated and spells Pottery Barn, Pier 1 Imports, and Ikea. This cottage has hardwood and tiled floors, a fireplace, breakfast bar and impressive kitchen! It is sure to please, very clean, and in the heart of Grand Haven!

Amenities include everything you need to spend the week relaxing!
The cottage has central air, cable TV, DVD and VCR, gas grill, linens, towels, large shower, microwave, coffee pot, washer, dryer and a fully stocked kitchen!

Accurate listing right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Easy access to beach, walk to farmer's market, etc.Owners were super responsive and check in was a breeze.Definitely a great stay at a great house!

Great porch and location

We really enjoyed the location and parked our car for the week. Nice home, lots of space, clean. Liked the extras like bikes, outside chairs, washer/dryer. Will rebook soon.

Location is great

The house was what we expected for the price. A little older cottage, but in an excellent location with a fantastic porch! Don’t get me wrong, it’s a cute and clean place to stay. But, a larger bathroom sink with counter space, and just a little paint/sprucing up would make it a truly special gem. We’ve been vacationing in GH for 19 summers, and this cottage was perfect for giving our tweens & teens freedom to venture out to the shops independently. The front porch is a special feature-

Great stay & great location!!

Our stay was wonderful! Front porch was fabulous. We spent most of our time at the house on front porch. Location great -across street from back of kite & toy store, could walk to breakfast & Kirby’s 2 blocks away or tip a few 1 block. Needed more than alotted 2 spots for parking & street has a few spots available or pay parking lot across the street. House is only 1 1/2 baths but took quick showers & made it work. Propane grill worked perfectly. Oh & there were 4 bikes in the basement & 1 of them had enough air in tires for us to add a bike to the ones we brought& ride- Tire pump in basement didn’t work but if you brought one of your own you could use them. Lastly, beach chairs & wagon for beach was a big help. Coolie cups enough for the whole block lol & a rare but wonderful surprise…. Loaded keurig tree with free coffee. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at the Haven. Location is absolutely perfect. Just a stones throw away from everything. Loved the front porch and just sitting and watching the scenes a beautiful Grand Haven. We had perfect weather, so that was the icing on the cake. Everything we needed in this sweet little home. Will definitely come back here again.

Girls getaway

We enjoyed staying in this house. The front porch was our favorite spot! Convenient location for walking everywhere. A well supplied house with all the essentials supplied. Comfortable living room furniture and beds. Great kitchen with lots of cupboards and counter space. Had a very hot week so of course the air conditioning was great! Nice shower. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The reason I went with an overall 3 is that the mattresses were terrible! Desperately need replacement. The selection and condition of the towels was very limited. Many positives with location!!

Perfect vacation

Your cottage made our stay in Grand Haven exceptionally pleasant. It was a perfect location to walk into town for dinner or just to walk down the boardwalk. We loved walking down the street to get to the musical fountain and our boys loved that we let them ride their bikes down to get some ice cream. We rode our bikes down just a little ways to the beach and really enjoyed visiting the pier with the light house. Grand Haven is a perfect beach town for families. The cottage was amazingly clean and had everything that we needed. The location was also perfect for short car rides to Saugatauk, Michigan Adventure and Silver lake where we rented dune buggies to ride the dunes along Lake Michigan. We have rented m.any cottages in the past and this one for sure is on top of our list The owner was wonderful to work with giving us great restaurant recommendations.The only regret we have is that the previous renter noticed that the guest book was gone and so neither them or us were able to write a great review in it.

Cute Cottage, Close to all the Action!

We just stayed in this cool cottage last week. Very clean. Tasteful decor. Great location...very close and facing the downtown area made it convenient to buy misc. food and other items. Close to the Farmer's Market. It has a great beachy, relaxed feel. Kitchen has plenty of items to cook with. It was easy to host a dinner party in. I would stay there again and again! We didn't want to leave!

Grand Haven is a great place to visit. Voted one of the top ten
beaches in America, our sandy beach is sure to impress. After
spending the day soaking up the sun, take a walk on the beautiful
boardwalk. Visit Chinook pier where you can go mini golfing, get
ice cream, go charter fishing, visit the farmers market and go
shopping at the impressive shops. Washington street is known for
its great restaurants, where you can dine inside or out. It also
has great shopping. Visit the museums or head to Michigan Adventure
Amusement Park! You will not be bored in Grand Haven! There is
something for everyone, everyday!
