Yearly stay for Iron Games

4th year coming to cedar city for the iron games and this has been the best rental so far. Beds were very comfortable nice amenities

Our second stay here, and we loved it...again

The house is well-appointed, clean, and spacious. There were five in our group; we had plenty of space, and we didn't lack for amenities. The weather was gorgeous and the backyard gets morning sun and evening indirect light, which is lovely. We had a couple questions for the property mgmt team, and they were super responsive and helpful. The location is also very convenient -- just a few minutes from the SUU campus (where our son attends), shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to staying there on a future visit!

Perfect Christmas

I can’t express enough how wonderful our stay was! It was roomie, comfy and family friendly, with accessibility to everything! The host responded quickly with any questions I had, and made our check in/out an easy process. We will definitely be using this home again when we’re in town!

Excellent place!

We were VERY pleased with our stay! Everything was beautiful and modern and functional. It was well equipped with everything you might need, and nothing was broken or had missing pieces. Communication was excellent. Very convenient to the Shakespeare festival. We hope to come back!

Wonderful Graduation BBQ

Our family chose this beautiful VRBO for our daughter’s college graduation as it had enough beds for our extended family. The place was clean and immaculate and was a perfect house for us to BBQ after graduation. The yard was perfect, hot tub was great, and had all of the amenities. It was nice that it was a “no shoes” house and helped with the cleanliness. It was very close to campus, and the host was wonderful and extremely responsive. We hiked in Zion one day and was so nice to have the hot tub to sit in after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and was absolutely perfect!

cool place!

I liked it, and it was accurate except the hot tub. I picked a place based on hot tub availability. This tub was nice but the water was gross. It stunk and was green/yellow cloudy. Sorry, but this was important, and I avoided using it. I even took a picture in the daylight Saturday morning, if you're interested in seeing.

Good Vibes Review

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Southern Utah, look no further than Good Vibes. The house is the perfect location to get to Zion, Kolob Canyon, Bryce, Grand Peaks and many other local hiking trails. Add in the proximity to all the local places in Cedar City (food, shopping, Bureau of Land Management to name a few), the location was perfect. The house is well-stocked with what a family needs to use during their stay. The little things like dark face cloths in the bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen (including Tupperware for food/snack storage), the layout of the upstairs for privacy and the open floor plan on the first floor was greatly appreciated. The putting green in the back yard was nice to have as something different to do. The hot tub was the perfect solution after a long day of hiking and exploring the various National Parks and local trails. Erika is a very responsive host and it was a pleasure to deal with her on any topic.

Beautiful and comfortable home - but noise from nearby freeway was tough

This home is beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable family room furnishings and a fun backyard. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. But I am sensitive to road noise when I sleep and because this property's location on an I-15 frontage road, I didn't sleep well at all. I brought my noise machine with me, but was still bothered by the freeway noise during the night. I wish the proximity to the freeway had been noted somewhere in the description. But I guess it's also on me, because after I made the selection and paid the fee, I didn't map the location once the address was revealed. The host was responsive when my son-in-law turned the thermostat down so low that it froze the AC coil. They had the AC repairman come the next day to take care of it. They were very kind about that. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and good repair of the home. There were also extra nice touches of kleenex in the bedrooms and bedside tables and lamps in every room. Overall, we appreciated those things and enjoyed our stay. Sadly, I can't return because of the noisy location. But overall I think this property is a good value.
