This little home is so perfect for a longer than week stay, check in is easy and works within any time slot. Kitchen provides space for cooking, a generous sized fridge and great entertainment options on TV like Netflix. Towels provided. Neighborhood is great and central. Damien was also super responsive with any questions or things needed. The bed is also a great size. I would personally add a softer layer over mattress to improve the quality of sleep. Other than that there's really nothing bad about this place it was a home away from home for 10 days and I really appreciated it

We stayed 3 nights in this nicely renovated house. Had everything we needed for our stay, and street parking was always available in front of the house. Window AC in kitchen and in bedroom, kept the temp cool and comfortable. Close to downtown and UC campus.

The house was definitely a gem in a use to be rough neighborhood. Couch needs to be updated.. there were a lot of Gnats in the home. Front porch needs to be cleaned off and maybe add some chairs for a nice sitting areaā€¦ overall B-

Overall was not impressed. Found a weed pen under the bed, carpenter ants in small swarms all over the house , and no access to dryer as stated in ad.

Very aesthetically pleasing little home that accomodated the two of us very nicely. Super clean! House was fully stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom. No parking problems on the street whatsoever. If you're looking for something very close to downtown or the UC Campus, this is the place you need! Will 100% recommend!

Memorial Day weekend

Stopped to explore Cincinnati on the first leg of our cross country road trip. Nice quiet neighborhood thoā€™ a bit sketchy. Convenient to downtown and easy access to major roadways and green areas of Cincinnati. The heat/ac units are really loud making it difficult to enjoy restful sleep. Bathroom needs towel bars. Bed a bit spongy. Yard is not fully enclosed so not safe to let your dog off leash. No instruction was provided pertaining to how to operate the numeric keypad system for locking the front door from outside. Manager on duty responded to phone call to guide me. A few table lamps would be nice so you didnā€™t have to rely solely on the bright overhead lighting.

Excellent weekend stay

This place checked all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable, charming little place. It was the perfect place for our extended weekend trip to Cincinnati! Hose was very responsive site and check in was simple. The place was very updated and clean. Bed was very comfy. Add to that the fact that it was minutes from downtown made it absolutely perfect!!

Great location

For a business location or something better than a hotel, it's great; it's a family neighborhood and close to all major highways. Everything works and is substantial. The host is extremely responsive, 5-stars for this! No washer and dryer available or extra sheets, but I feel this could have been provided if requested.The housekeeper could do better...but this is a problem in just about every customer service location these days. I will add that if you're from the suburbs, this may not be what you're looking for. If you're not familiar with or struggle with new technology, this may not be the place for you. It's a modern update with a culturally diverse neighborhood .

Great Spot

This small house was perfect for a solo traveler (but could easily accommodate two). Iā€™m a walker, so I walked to Kroger and to Rhinegeist Brewery with no problems. The hosts were easy to contact. Highly recommended.

Scary experience

When I put the code in and walk through door there was a girl inside using the bathroom. Come to find out she was supposed to be gone 4 days earlier and still had the code that I was given and was squatting in the house. SUPER SCARY! The room was dirty, sink full of dishes, dirty stove, bed had been used,dirty towels on the floor, no toilet paper, bathtub needed to be scrubbed. The neighborhood was sketchy. The host was professional and offered me 1/2 my money back. I had no where else to go so, I cleaned everything and stayed because of no hotels in town so, I stacked two tables on top of each other in front of the door and went to bed. All of this could have been prevented if the code was changed!

Cozy spot close to downtown!

Was a great pet-friendly place to stay while in town for business. Location was just minutes away from downtown and nearby grocery stores/ restaurants. I appreciated the privacy, the fenced-in yard, and the street parking was easy.

Family weekend

The house was perfect for our trip to Cincinnati. The location to the university was great. It was a four minute drive to our sonā€™s apartment on campus. The house was clean upon arrival and the perfect size for just the two of us. We needed some extra linens, since there is no washer and dryer, but they delivered it to us, the next day. The two air conditioning units were a little loud for sleeping, but kept the house very cool with the 92Ā° temperatures outside during the day.

Nice Time and convenient!!

I really enjoyed the stay at this property and Damien was more than accommodating. It was conveniently located to all the areas i was interested and all the neighbors were friendly. I especially liked the fact that the yard was fenced in for my dog. I have to get use to street parking necause that if first come but other than that i would definitely stay there again.

Host & Property were unbeatable.

Damien the owner is great. Very communicative, and responded quickly to any issues. The property itself is so cute, and every piece of the house had a craftsman touch. We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. Itā€™s in a great location (close to downtown, University or Cincinnati, & OTR). We would definitely book again here or at any VRBO hosted by Damien.
